Customer service was very patient as she helped me figure out the best way to use the 10%off as a first time customer. I already received my rugs and I am quite happy with my selection and the price!

Great quality for outdoors
Color matched perfectly with the larger size I had already ordered. It was perfectly wrapped. Delivery took a bit longer than expected.

The Luxe carpet is super soft

Good in-stock inventory
Easy to work with. They had two in-stock area rugs that have been discontinued by manufacturer. I had looked at multiple stores for these rugs and was excited to find them at Carpet & Tile Mart. Free and speedy shipping made my purchase the best. Thanks

Amazing Staff
The staff was super helpful through the entire process, the store had the tile that we needed and not many places had it. They worked with me on the cost of the material as well as the shipping. We will definitely use yall in the future.

Shipping is terrible
Shipping is terrible. I paid $49 for shipping and out of 20 tiles 5 were chipped or broken. Used old Amazon box too.
