After hours of searching locally and online and purchasing samples from several companies, I found the perfect stair runner at Carpet and Tile Mart. I ordered it by phone from Mike Chisarik, E-commerce Coordinator. The next day, I received an email saying my selection was out of stock and discontinued. I was extremely disappointed and surprised to find that Mike Chisarik seemed as disappointed as I was. Together we worked to find an acceptable substitute. It was more expensive but I was not charged for the price difference. Mike was there every step of the way to help. I am pleased with the outcome and feel Carpet and Tile Mart did everything possible to offer good service. Mike Chisarik should be commended.

It took 8 months to get my rug. But they always responded to messages promptly. And I love my rug. Was worth the wait.

Wasn’t sure my order had been received, but when ordering, it did say that the order would take I believe 5 to 9 days to process. I received a call and the delivery was scheduled, and the rugs were all brought into my home. Very happy with this product. I had used this company when I ordered rugs about four years ago, and this experience was just as good!

My item was delivered in good time in a weather proof bag. The carpet sample is lovely.

wrong item was sent. a completely different design. now I have to go through the bother of dealing with a return and trying to get the rug I did order. not happy
