Pleasure to do business with
Found what i wanted easily enough, ordering was straight forward and the price overall, compared to other sites, was the best. Delivery was next working day and that was met. On unwrapping the item i found 2 defects. I contacted customer service on the Friday and the guy I spoke to was extremely helpful and pleasant in his manner. A replacement part was ordered straight away and it arrived next working day on Monday. I can't fault shop 4 electrical for their service.

Good notification on a 1 hour delivery…
Good notification on a 1 hour delivery slot but unfortunately this head missed by 2 hours. Other than that, the product was well packed and reasonably priced

Delivery was good the price was great,service was better though when calling I asked what would be the best brackets to go with these panels, I was told to ask my installer. Well I did and got them from somewhere else,you lost a sale there but all in all, excellent.

The fire was meant to be sent direct by Dimplex however it appears they delivered to our warehouse in error, thus causing the delay on your order.

Second hand goods sold as new…..
Bought a Hypervolt charger which had clearly been opened (dpd tracking label partially left on), cardboard used and marks. Contacted to advise if they can send me a new one as electrician was booked in to be told out of stock (no offer of other models etc) and this would likely be the warehouse team checking the item over which was clearly not the case looking at the state of it.
Asked for a discount to potentially keep the unit but was told a manager would be in touch the next day as they can’t authorise themselves (apparently no one else in the building has any authority when this manager is off?) but lo and behold no email, phone call at all.
Save yourself the hassle and go elsewhere as they like selling used goods as new stock with no issues.

Apologies for the condition your EV Charger arrived in. We can only presume this was returned to stock incorrectly following a return or was damaged in transit.
Our preferred solution to this would always to be to provide a new product rather than discount.
We believe this issue has been resolved.

I was amazed at the service
I was amazed at the service. The delivery company did not leave it where requested and the tracking said it was delivered in a different town 😬
I emailed Shop 4 electric and the delivery company did not expect much joy. Had now reply BUT the next day a replacement was sent out with a different delivery firm no questions asked. 2 days later I found the original- have offered to pay or return- waiting for a reply.

Don’t believe the next day delivery…
Don’t believe the next day delivery statement. Last 2x orders have arrived much too late. Earlier this month I placed an order and was emailed next day stating my order may take 2-4 days. That’s fine, they let know. It actually took 8x days. No good if you’ve arranged and install with a customer.
This week, ordered Monday, yesterday, Wednesday, I get email stating it’s been shipped. Today 18:00 Thursday, still no goods arrived. Afraid I’ve placed my last order. DON’T state next day delivery if you can’t do it!!!
