Still awaiting delivery after 1week(5 working days)
Order placed 8th August delivery promised 12th 13th then 14th. On 14th rang FedEx helpline automated message saying delivery 17th before 8pm. I ordered Sat 8th thinking there was sufficient delivery time to complete the work on 14th. I got that wrong. I ordered some things from Internet Electrical 2.30pm 13th delivered 14th perhaps I chose the wrong on line supplier with shop4electrical.

Sent me the wrong product
Sent me the wrong product, called them relatively no solution other than exchange and promised to send the email with exchange instructions and never did. When I followed up there has been no reply whatsoever. Will never use again unless desperate.

Really good, I accidentally bought the wrong colour so I called the next morning to swap, this was done without issue. I appreciated, we now have the EV charger we wanted and delivered in good time!

Great prices
The prices are so much better, I saved about £200 going with these guys compared to elsewhere. The order arrived promptly, it was missing a couple of double sockets but Shop4 Electrical sent them out with no issues at all. Very happy with the service and 100% will be using again! thanks!

Wrong item weight
Good price,quick delivery.Only thing that when i received the email regarding my delivery with FedEx it said total shipping weight 10.00Kg!
I ordered 3M mini trunking.So when the delivery guy delivered the item i asked him about it and he looked on his scanner machine in his hand and said yes it says 10kg.So i asked him is it mistyping? coz it's more like 10g not 10Kg so we both laughed and he said he doesn't know why.Thought maybe FedEx have to put down some minimum weight or just random weight on the email,not sure.
