Crap
Let me start off by saying I was able to get a loan with no hassles. The beginning everything was great, payment went through no issues. Then when they were supposed to continue with auto payments.. well that didn’t happen.
Now.. STOP CALLING ME BEFORE 8AM!! I have late payments every month because the company does not take out money automatically from my account. They keep blaming it on the bank but I’ve been in touch with the bank and it is not my bank having a problem.
I have to call and receive a emailed link directly from them. It’s very annoying. Especially when the company refuses to accept there is a problem on their end and refuses to help fix this and just blames it on my bank.
WILL NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE. WILL NOT USE AGAIN.

Auto-pay should work reliably, and we understand how inconvenient it is to have to call each month for a payment link—especially when you’ve already confirmed with your bank that there are no issues on their end. We also apologize if you’ve been contacted before 8 AM; that’s not the experience we want for our customers.
