WARNING: Shopping-Today is a SCAM!

Like others on here, I ordered a Ninja Foodi MAX Dual Zone AF400UK 9.5L Air Fryer through Shopping-Today.
I thought it was strange they were asking for payment via bank transfer with payment going to –ELECTRONICS TRADING CENTER LTD - but I did it. No confirmation of order, so left it a few days. Still no communication from Shopping Today, so contacted them via email and their message facility on their website. Was given a tracking number for a company called ‘Real Global Tracking’ and an expected delivery date. Delivery date came and went – no delivery. Tried to contact ‘Real Global Tracking’ – no telephone number – can only send a message via a contact form – did that - NO reply. Tried to contact Shopping-Today via email, telephone and via the chat box on their website. Lo and behold – no reply and answer via any of these channels. Looking at the threads on Trust Pilot – can only conclude Shopping-Today is a SCAM along with Real Global Tracking. I reported this to my bank who are taking this issue up with Shopping -Today’s online bank – they are trying to get the account closed. Have also reported Shopping-Today to Trading Standards via Citizens Advice (this is how you report to Trading Standards)
If you have fallen victim of this SCAM – PLEASE report it to your Bank (my Bank - First Direct - were great and have given me a refund – although by paying by bank transfer is classified as a cash transaction – they still gave me a refund. PLEASE also report what has happened to you to Trading Standards. The more people complain to Trading Standards – the more they will investigate, and hopefully get this scam of Shopping-Today closed down.

Scam. Please avoid. Purchased a Ninja airfryer for £117 and was sent a link to a seemingly fake delivery website that just permanently states "its on its way". Mobile numbers that are used as contact numbers are never answered. Emails are never responded to. Their "chat" never responded to. They state "shopping-today.com (this site) is operated by HOUSE OF BEAUTY RETAIL LTD. HOUSE OF BEAUTY RETAIL LTD is registered in the U.K. (company number 09899044) and we trade from HOUSE OF BEAUTY RETAIL LTD, 342 High Street, Dorking, England, RH4 1QX"... payment taken from account was from a completely different name "New Electronics" which gives a mobile number associated with a completely different company/buisness. All of it screams wrong. Reported to bank and also reported NCSC government website. I suggest anyone reading this who has also used this website does the same so the pages get taken down. Naughty how it was appearing on Google sponsored links before Christmas too. Hopefully Visa Dispute claims will all be accepted but still not the point. I should have known better and googled reviews. Anyone sensible to do so and is reading this.... Avoid. AVOID.. AVVVVVOIDDDD!

Terrible. Took my money and goods not arrived. They are not answering phones nor emails. Please be aware. They are not real. Very disappointed that they can trade so openly and not deliver the goods paid for.

SCAM! Wish I'd read the reviews! Was expecting some delays as delivery was over Christmas. Communicated using their online chat, which initially they always replied too. First delivery date came and went, chatted to Mark Carter online and he promised 2nd delivery date would happen and they'd give me 20% discount. 2nd date came and went, tried to contact using same online chat box - no reply. Emailed - no reply. Phone numbers - no response or line dead. Emailed courier - no reply. Luckily we paid using credit card so they're dealing with dispute.

Avoid this company ( called: Shopping-Today.com) by all means PLEASE I bought a washing machine from them till date no delivery and no one is picking my calls, emails, or replying back to me. There delivery firm Real Global Tracking also fake. they should be reported to Trading Standards taken peoples money, no delivery, PLEAS
E avoid They shouldn't be allowed to trade and they have been reported to Trading Standards. They took £150 from me for the purchase of a washing machine. I have paid for the washer until I saw other people's reviews. Reported as scam. AVOID IF YOU LOVE YOUR MONEY. THEY ARE FAKE.

Still not got washing machine or refund I requested I'm waiting to hear from fraud team and my bank to get the money back scam fake bank account you pay into as well .

Ordered Air Fryer before Xmas, was advised via Live Chat it was with the courier, but tracing informaton wasn't working. Still not arived and now i can't get in touch with anyone.

UPDATE: This has obviously been identified as a scam site and we have just had our money refunded due to our Credit Card Protection. Will be worth contacing your bank/credit card issuer to see if you can get the same.

This is not a company, I ordered a washing machine and I can't contact them because they are scammers. I have notified the police and the bank. Be careful, read the comments before falling prey to these scammers.

I ordered a fridge freezer on the 19th of December, the delivery date keeps changing. No delivery yet. It's a scam, I should have looked at the reviews way earlier.

Like a previous comment, Ninja Double Air Fryer ordered following a Google sponsored ad, paid by bank transfer did not received acknowledgement or a delivery date, goods have not arrived.
I find it hard to believed that companies like this can be authenticated by organisations that are supposed to give confidence in the authenticity of traders uk.trustpilot.com, this will be the third time I have been let down by supposed “trust us companies”, the only thing our can trust is the perpetrator gets their money before they disappear.

This is a scam website. They ‘sell’ goods far below normal rrp. The goods will never arrive but they take your money.
They will direct you to their T&Cs that state they are a part of House of Beauty Ltd. The latter is a genuine business, the owner has never heard of Shopping-today.

Ordered the ninja duel air fryer suppose to come in 5-8 days waited 2 weeks,tracking number says on way but never moved to delivery,read the reviews on here to discover this is a scam, I asked for a refund which was done and got my money back in 2 days.

I didn't go through with the payment.
I was dubious about the ultra low prices, but being hard up atm, I thought I would try it.
When I got to the payment page it says 'pay direct into a bank account'.. that was enough for me to close the page.
You aren't paying into a company's account, it's someones personal bank account.

Come on! Kenwood American fridge/freezer for under £200 🤣 as least come up with some realistic ways of scamming people

This is a scam site . The review saying the refund appeared in the bank is not from the uk . Notice no GB area on it ! This has been posted by the scammers to make you believe it’s not a scam site
