I got my refund today 1/12/26.
I ordered lab grown 1 cart each earrings back in November 2025. Sent them back within the 30 days refund policy. My ears were red and sore after a couple of days of wear. I still have not received a refund of over $600.00. In the meantime the credit card company is charging late fees. I filed a dispute 4 days ago and still waiting for my refund. NEVER AGain will I order anything from this company!!!

Brilliant Earrings when I opened my package.
I opened my package yesterday to reveal the most beautiful sparkling earrings. I ordered 2 carat diamond studs from shop QSE on line. I am extremely impressed with not only the timely shipment but of the quality of these earrings. This is not the first time I’ve ordered from QSE and it won’t be my last.
