I’m very happy with my Remi night…

I’m very happy with my Remi night guard. The quality of my product is similar to that from my dentist office, but at a better price! I received personalized attention via zoom call to get the right fit with my home kit. Great product at a great price!

Great Customer Service

I have been using Remi for almost 2 years now and I love my guards. I also use their sonic cleaner and it works amazing. Customer service is so helpful. I actually had an issue with a guard not fitting properly and I was so grateful for how quickly they took care of the matter. I recommend Remi to all my friends.

The mouthguard seems well made but the…

The mouthguard seems well made but the subscription service is very shifty. They have you agree to buying a second set before they’ll allow you to cancel. If you need to cancel for any reason, they will make you pay the difference between the one time fee and the subscription cost ($40). I would not recommend using them due to their irregular subscription terms or service agreement. I also called in to cancel and was told that it was going to be a $30 fee and then when the invoice came, it was $40.

Unable to cancel subscription

I ordered a set of night guards once from this company in 2023. I've paused my subscription since then as I don't need another set. I've recently tried to cancel the subscription and after getting multiple emails from different individuals (it doesn't seem like they communicate with eachother and ask me the same thing over and over), i'm told that I need to pay $40 to cancel. This was not disclosed when I initially ordered. I'm tired of pausing and worrying that i'll be charged every 6 months for a new set if I forget to pause. The product itself isn't bad, but the customer service is awful.

Do not use!!

Do not use!!! They never cancel subscriptions and will charge your card repeatedly!! Skipping orders does nothing. Even spoke to someone and was told they cancelled subscription, but they charged my card again a few months later. AVOID!!

The customer service and product that Remi offers are exceptional. I am a heavy night teeth grinder and these mouth guards/retainers have saved me.

Remi is a good company with a great product at a incredible price.

Remi is an awesome company that provides a great product at a incredible price. I am a 63 year old male and I have sadly grown not to trust many people and especially companies. Remi is a company that I trust. My dentist had suggested I use a night guard because I have a lot of expensive dental work in my mouth. I had an old night guard which I hated using because it was big and bulky and kind of gummy. I saw a YouTube add about Remi night guards and took a chance. I am so glad I did. I went through the process of creating impressions with Remi helping me step by step. I had an issue and Remi even helped me get through it. To top it off, I brought my new night guards to my dentist to get his opinion. He said the guards are exactly the same as the product they make at 1/4 of the price. Remi is a good company with a great product at a incredible price.

Smooth sailing, excellent support with it's not smooth

I have been working with the company for a few years after I was sick of paying over $400 for a mouthguard from my dentist. Once your impressions are correct and you have your first set, it's super smooth sailing for future guards and needs. I never had an issue until my latest guards were delivered. There was a weird chemical taste associated with them that I couldn't get rid of. After reaching out to customer service for help and troubleshooting with their guidelines, not only did they take the time to try multiple solutions with me that ultimately didn't end up working, they sent me a replacement set of guards at no charge to me. I was only hoping for a discount on my next order since I had those guards for a few months before even using them. Grade A customer service!

I have been using Remi for years. Very easy process and save money!

I have been using Remi for years. I buy the teeth whitening and mouth guard. There mouth guards are of high quality and come in 3 different thickness. I like the 1.3. Dentist charges are astronomical compared to Remi as far as the mouth guards go. I am very happy with their products. They are very quick to respond via email and have great customer service.

I have been a happy Remi customer since 2022…

I have been a Remi customer since 2022 after my dentist informed me that I had hairline crack in a molar from clenching my jar (awake and asleep apparently). I have become more conscious of it during the day and stop myself and I found that my insurance only covered a small portion and it was a one and done deal. I found Remi and liked that I receive a new guard twice a year. I have been a customer since. The guards a way more comfortable than the bulky ones from dentists and I am so glad I went this route because I know I would not have been compliant with the others. The molar has not changed so I know it is doing what I want it to do. I have since recommended Remi to others who want a lighter mouthguard (Remi offers multiple thicknesses, mine is the lowest.) I recently decided to update my impression for just the top as that is what I prefer. Remi was there to help through each step, I had some issues and needed a new kit and Zoom call to get it right. The Remi consultant was kind, professional, and in one try we had the impression done! Thank you Remi!

Get The Best

Remi is THE place to be if you want to save your teeth from grinding down to nothing. They will do everything in the book to make sure the guards fit properly and do the job, including calling on the phone for a walk through if needed. And it’s all done for half the price of a dental office. Good deal all the way around.
