First time
Ok This was my first time trying a custom night guard, and I’m really impressed! It fits perfectly, feels comfortable overnight, and I already notice less jaw tension in the mornings.

I've used remi in the past before my most recent purchase. The process is easy, and they are consistent in following up on the progress of your nightguards. I lagged on getting back to them so my first mold was not usable since it was no longer in the system. Regardless, they have great pricing and deals, so it was without a question that I'd purchase again. Its definitely saving me money from paying $400 plus with insurance for one night guard that cracked and they would not replace it for free. I am very happy remi exist, its literally saving me from having headaches nightly due to my clenching.

The instructions are easy to follow and the impression kit is easy to use. I am very happy with my mouthguard. I emailed customer service because it took longer than I thought it would for the item to ship and I got a quick answer and then I got an email when it shipped.

I ordered two different products and received the same item twice. This was not the order I placed.
Since the error was not on my end, I do not feel it is reasonable to require me to pay for return shipping or wait for the return to be processed before the issue is corrected. I am requested a refund or replacement without additional cost to me but I am still emailing back and forth with customer service. I did like the night guard but I don’t need 4!

Comfortable and not bulky to wear
I was worried about wearing a night guard, but Remi guards are really comfortable and thin. I don’t even notice I’m wearing it while sleeping, and my jaw tension is gone.

Game changer!
I first started using Remi a few years ago after getting tired of the expensive night guards from my orthodontist - not covered by insurance, either way too thick or too thin, and inconvenient appointments. This is a game changer. I use my FSA to cover 2 Remi retainers/night guards a year. I have them at a custom thickness and I appreciated the at home molding kit, especially since they can review them via pictures and there is an extra mold if you need to redo one. I clench and grind my teeth a lot at night, so i like getting new ones often so i don’t crack through the hard plastic. Their support team is very helpful too. Overall, very happy with Remi!

I ordered about 15 sets of braces from Remi in the last few years and I do admit, only once got a bit ticked off when they moved the business, they stagnated delivery and impression got lost. BUT they made up for it with new impression kit and great guards which up to this day never once broke! I got some from German lab for 236 Euro for 1 half, which broke after 2 month. Remi has the best and best prices.

I have tried multiple times to cancel my subscription. The response is to pause the subscription. I have now been charged for two sets of mouth guards since trying to cancel subscription. They are using an expired card to pay for guards.

I wish I would have found these reviews before ordering from this company!
I have ordered mouth guards from other companies and it's been a very simple easy process. Not with Remi! Take an impression, send a photo, wait 2 to 3 days for a response. The impression isn't good. Start over. That impression isn't good. Start over.
And the emails! It takes days to get a response to an email. And then generic email blast emails show up - send us your photos. I already sent the photos.
I requested to cancel my subscription and receive a refund for the original purchase. They wanted to charge me for the impression kit or I could return everything in the kit to get a refund. What are they going to do with unused trays? Give them to someone else????? And they wanted me to pay to ship back the kit.
I have never experienced such terrible customer service. I thought their great price and flashy ads on social media would translate to a good company but this is not true!
