Excellent Customer Service
I didn’t get my order due to the package not arriving so I can’t review the item. However, the customer service experience was excellent. They kept me informed every step of the way. Jade was excellent. Unfortunately, the item I ordered was no longer available but they issued me with a full refund.

Good communication
Good communication- I ordered a Shark cuddle pillow but the order didn’t show that clearly, I messaged to check and had a prompt reply confirming the order. All arrived quickly, my daughter loves it!

I thought I was ordering a fluffy dumbbell (which it looked like in the photo) but it was really the kettlebell. Still very very cute am fluffy!! Bigger than anticipated
