Wrong size sent twice , appallingly customer service
I ordered a mermaid outfit 3-5 yr
They sent me one that XS and suitable fora young person
There is no contact number , they take a week to reply . I had to pay my own return costs and then they sent me yet again XS !

No belt ?? …..
Such a shame does not come with a belt or anything to keep shut. My daughter I can tell loves it but she will not wear it as It has no way to stay shut as does not come with a belt or anything kind of tie so she gets frustrated and takes it off after 2 minutes :(

Great quality coat
I love the quality of the coat. It is completely fleece lined, including the arms. Not all changing robes have fleeced lined arms.
The whole process was pretty easy & delivery was quick. Very pleased.

Wrong item received
The material and overall look of the Oodie is good.
However I ordered a blue Camo and recieved a green and pink one.
Still waiting on return request after 4 days.
