Exchange never sent out after returning-out of pocket and a child without a coat
Sent a dry robe back for an exchange for smaller size. Was given returns address and sent back via Royal Mail tracked. The parcel was recieved by Snuggz.Emailed after a few days for an update. Nothing. Emailed again. Nothing. Messages sent and seen on social media. Nothing. They have took my money-have their coat back and I have no coat for my daughter two weeks later still.

Teen daughter loved it
Great hoodie for my petite thirteen year old daughter. It’s hard to find hoodies for her age - they’re either very young and garish or massive oversized adult hoodies. The 8-13 year old one was perfect! Cute safari animal design without being too young. Warm without being too thick. The hood could sit a little better, it’s a tad runched at the front, but it’s a small matter. Overall, my daughter loves it! It arrived quickly too.

Poor customer service
Poor customer service! Was asked to return an item as poor quality and colours bled on cool wash. Return label sent (Royal Mail) which was unrecognised at the post office. After explaining issue still waiting for another label.

Love my dry robes from Snuggs
Royal Mail lost my item before Xmas and on contact with Snuggz a replacement was sent out immediately. I have since purchased another dry robe and also received one as a gift. I love all 3 of them. Best winter coats ever when you walk everywhere and have dogs. Love my dry robes. Fantastic quality and super cosy
