Mixed experience
Your service was very efficient, sadly Royal Mails was not. Having paid extra for 24h tracking, my parcel was 48 hours late. However my granddaughter loves her coat.

Really misleading advertising
Really misleading advertising. The title, description and picture showed one design but having received a completely different design that I didn't want I was told it has multiple options and. A different one was selected with just one small word stating the difference oon the order. Very unsatisfied.
