Really pleased with our shutters
Really pleased with our shutters. Ordered shutters for 9 windows and they are a perfect fit - literally millimetre perfect !! Hugo was a great help on the phone and ensured I didn't mess up with our order and got everything right.
We were regularly updated by email on the progress of our order and the fitting and installation was really straightforward and simple.

Great shutters and follow up customer service
Just a short review to confirm the very good experience we had using Shutterplus and we wouldn't hesitate to use them again if we had the need. Both the quality of the shutters and the follow up service by Hugo were excellent. We did have a minor hiccup with one of the shutters which Hugo managed to resolve for us. The only slight negative we experienced was the leadtime from the manufacturers in the Far East and the shipping times involved. However the wait was well worth it once we saw the quality of the shutters and knowing the prices we paid. I fitted the shutters myself and it was a very simple and straightforward process and went without a single problem. Very pleased we chose Shutterplus.

Terrific people to help, great prices!
Having moved into a home with damaged shutters, I was convinced I'd need to replace them. Got a little man in, £1,215.00 to replace them. * gasp * How much! I did some research via my buddy Google. With a bit of digging and learning as I went, I found shutterplus.co.uk and I am so glad... I cannot begin to describe how helpful they are, especially SW, she is amazing! Not to mention patient, knowledgeable and very good at explaining stuff. With this lovely lady's help, I was able to fix them for a paltry £50! Super happy and impressed. And you know what they say, happy wife, happy life. Mine's ecstatic with the refreshed shutters. 10 out of 10 all day. I just noticed, TrustPilot think I'm in the US, I'm not, Norfolk, UK.

Fantastic company
Fantastic company, massively helpful and super quick delivery, everything arrived labelled up (I ordered different sizes of louvres) and zero damages. Everything fit and matched amazingly well.

Quick, cheap fix for broken louvres
Needed to buy some louvres after my son broke a few…these were just the job. They emailed to check lengths required and were very easy to replace even for someone who isn’t good at fixing things. Well packaged and sent quickly. Highly recommended.

Louvre issue resolved
We just had new shutters installed and one of the louvres came out of position it turned out the pin holding it in place had broken off. Contacted the shutter company but it would be a while before they could come out to fix it. Went online discovered how to fix it ourselves and ordered the pins from Shutterplus. Within 2 days we had our pins and fixed the louvre straight away so thank you Shutterplus for quick response and delivery. Well impressed.
