Fast and efficient delivery
Fast and efficient delivery. My one grumble is that the two separate hinges came stuck together. Needed some force to prize them apart with a knife leaving slight scratch marks on them. Bit annoying and could have been packaged more carefully but, at the end of the day, it's just a hinge and it works.

Sent off straight away, delivery held up by parcel force, Shutterplus customer service was first class, very helpful and looked into my problem for me. Will definitely be using them again soon.

Excellent 5 star service
Excellent service. Very responsive in chat and gave me the advice I needed. Ordered my replacement shutter slat and it was delivered in less than 24 hours. 5 star service.
Slat easy to fit and came with everything I needed, even a little tube of glue!
Very reasonably priced and would definitely use again if I needed to

Excellent service and a quality product in the end
It's only fair to update my review, communication was a little lacking at times, however understandable given the current circumstances.
I have to say the quality of the product was far beyond my expectations, and they all arrived safely and undamaged.
Would recommend Shutterplus and I'll be purchasing additional shutters for other rooms.

Hi Ben. Sincere apologies for the delay with your order, but as you acknowledge, the current circumstances are making shipping schedules more difficult to maintain than would normally be the case. As a result of this, we never promise customers their order will be with them by a certain date, but that we expect it to arrive during a certain time frame. To label us as "cowboys" is a little unfair I think, but nonetheless we respect your right to voice your opinion of us.
Once your order arrives into us, instead of the normal 48 hour delivery service used, we will pay extra to have your order shipped within 24 hours to you and hope that this will in some way make up for the less than satisfactory experience you had with us.

We’ve had nothing to compliments from family and friends and the contact from the team between order and fitting was second to none. Hugo also measured up some more windows while he was here and we’ve just recently placed another order to finish off some of the other bedrooms.
