Excellent company

Excellent company, good quality products, also fast shipping. I order many times and no problems with my items. What you see is what you get!!! I’m sad that I can’t reach the online store no more. I wonder why?

Weird sizing

I ordered my usual jeans size, 29 (UK12)but they were at least two sizes too small, despite the label showing the correct size. I didn’t return them as there were no return instructions, they went straight to the charity shop, marked as size 8

Cloths were as expected but keep duties in mind

Cloths were as expected. Happy with the product. While Shuuk does mention this, buyers should be aware prices are USD and import fees will apply to buyers in Canada. Expect to pay GST, duty and a broker fee. For a $50 USD purchase it ended up around $100 CAD.

The quality of the cardigan was poor as…

The quality of the cardigan was poor as was the fit. The sleeves appeared to be different lengths and it is more or less unwearable. Colour nice as desribed

CRAP Customer Service

Unable to contact Customer Service to arrange a return. Jeans have 2 different sizes on two different labels! They don't fit!
Have contacted Shuuk 3 times via email, 3 times on Whatsapp and phoned but none of these ways of communication have worked! Seriously terrible customer service, I advise you only order if you know exactly what size you need!
