Wrong size sent
Wrong size sent.The reason I am so annoyed was I had emailed the company to amend my order from medium to large. The company corrected the order. I had contacted them within 5 minutes of ordering. When my order arrived they had sent medium. Not worth sending back as the quality of the material was not as I had expected. Very thin. The 2 medium sweatshirts i recieved although the same size were very differently sized. One was longer and narrower, the other shorter and wider. I am not talking cms I am talking 3 inches of difference. They fitted like 2 different sizes. I will not be ordering again from this clothing company. Inferior goods. They were meant to be adidas make but definitely fakes. Hence the one star review.

Shuuk has now responded to my e.mails .Basically Shuuk is a very fair company . I am just old and not very tech savvy . Shuuk has agreed to help me with my returns and i would recommend them for the quality of their clothes.

Very. Good service kept me updated on delivery which arrive on time stated
Im a lady under five foot ( petite ) so took a risk and bought a mini skirt in the sale expecting it not to fit and return it .
Because it was a mini skirt it fit me perfectly it’s of good quality and a lovely colour I wished I had bought another one but it’s now sold out
I’m just disappointed that the company don’t do a petite range as I would definitely use them again if they did , so hope this is something they could look into in the future

We bought two items of clothing. They arrived but were velvet not the corduroy described in the advert, then the real problem began. We printed out the returns label but the local DHL shop refused to accept them. Shuuk gave us a Take-it-or-leave-it option of travelling an hour or more to a DHL collection site of their preference or us arranging with DHL ourselves for a collection or us keeping the items. (We have already lost £5 carriage payment)
We would not recommend this company. Happy to communicate further with them - that'd make the fourth occasion. Following this review the money has been refunded and so I've changed the review to 4 stars. Thanks Shuuk. Hopefully the return programme can be improved.

bought a Leather Ladies Backpack it…
bought a Leather Ladies Backpack it arrived on time looks great, then a few days later we get a bill from FEDX for the import and disbursement fees, in all more than half again of what we paid. would not have bought if we had known. all there stuff seems to come from Uruguay and no were doe's it state that you have to pay additional charges
Since I wrote the review I have upgraded my experience and have had contact with Shuuk to sort out the problem

Initially, I sent a rating of 1 star on Jan 4. In my rating I mentioned that the price points were affordable, however hidden fees were the reason for my rating. The manager emailed me the same day asking why I rated them low as they were a start up company. They offered to refund me money for a product I bought in exchange for increasing my rating. I was sent multiple emails about this (Jan 4, 5, 11). Some I ignored, and others I replied and explained that the rating was authentic and based on my personal experience and did not want to feel persuade in changing my rating. I declined any negotiation. On Jan 18, the company replied to my post on this platform. They mentioned, my rating was "negative, not accurate and that I didn't respond to any of thier emails to date" which is completely dishonest. I come back here to express that in my experience not only does this company have hidden fees, they have proven that their capable of making a customer feel bad for rating them low and then have the audacity to make it seem like the customer is dishonest. I will never use this service again and highly disappointed.

Once again, we find ourselves replying to yet another negative review for the same situation we contacted you via email to try to understand it better.
Here is the summary of what really happened:
On January 4th, you left a review talking about hidden fees, and since there are no hidden fees in our service we contacted you via email asking you to explain exactly what you mean by "hidden fees" because there are none.
Then our point was proven when after exchanging several emails you were never able to explain what fees you were talking about. Again, you were asked several times to develop what hidden charges you were reported, but, as we suspected, we received no feedback at all.
That situation (plus the fact that out of 552 reviews, you were the only one to talk about this) subtracts veracity from the whole scenario you presented.
Just to be crystal clear, we do not mind receiving negative reviews when they are real, because we understand that issues could happen and as humans, we can make mistakes. However, the reason we indeed contacted you looking for an explanation and to try to have that review reverted was simply because the one you made was not a genuine nor accurate statement.
Once again, we want to assure anyone reading this that there are no hidden fees in our service. Our pricing is transparent and all charges are clearly outlined on our website at the checkout.
Anyone can leave a Trustpilot review saying anything they desire (true or not), and that is understandable, so this scenario highlights even more the immense majority of positive reviews customers leave us (4.7/5 rating from 522 reviews) and becomes the exception that confirms the great feedback we receive for an outstanding service =)

It is safe to say that we are still a start-up company and our main focus is customer satisfaction. As you can see on our Trustpilot average rating (4.6/5 from 553 reviews) we are a company that always delivers, and if anything goes wrong in any situation, we always make it right.

First time customer
This was my first purchase and I'm pleased with the products. The jacket is exactly what I didn't know I was looking for. The fit is true to size. The sweatpants are soft and comfortable, also true to size.

I bought a dark denim jacket,which is actually true to size and exactly how it was described, some other retailers do not give an accurate description or the image of an item is not true to real life.
It is slim fitted, just the way I like it.
The delivery was on time and I had no problems buying from this online shopping company shuuk.
