Quality is too good
The quality of the clothes is really great for the price. Love the colors. The delivery is fast and exchanges and returns are smooth and hassle free. Would definitely recommend Shuuk to my friends.

Delivery took 2 weeks and when the dress arrived it is way too small.
I’m a 12 but ordered a 14 to wear loose yet I can’t even get it on.
Also much lighter in colour.
Can’t bothered to send back and keep track of refund so will put in the charity shop.

I ordered three items from you that were delivered on 4 August 2022. Sadly, none of them fitted and I followed procedure and you sent me a returns label and I posted them to you on 9 August 2022 and informed you of such as requested.
The tracking reference shows that the parcel was delivered to yourselves on 11 August 2022.
I haven't recieved my refund despite contacting you again by email. In fact, I haven't received any communication from you at all.
I am really sorry to be leaving this poor review as the items were lovely but in desperation I tried calling the 0800 number as shown on your web page only to be greeted by a voice speaking in a language that I couldn't understand!
I am now totally frustrated with Shuuk and am almost £68 out of pocket!

As previously stated I did follow your procedure for returns.
On 4 August 2022 I emailed you at the address you have given giving full details of the three items I wished to return and you emailed back a prepaid Royal Mail return label that same day.
On 9 August 2022 I posted the items to you with a covering letter and emailed you again on 10 August 2022 to inform you of this.
Tracking reference VZ 9029 6408 6GB proves it was delivered to you on 11 August 2022.
I have not heard anything from you so I emailed you again asking why I hadn't had my refund and I have not had any reply.
I think you will find I have done everything you have asked and yet you are inferring that it is my fault.
I would email you but you haven't replied to my last one!
Please check your records again and refund me.

Love, love, love my clothes that I got from here. The paper bag jeans were a bit baggier than I thought they’d be, but definitely still wearable and can be styled with heels or docs for two totally different looks.

I am so happy to have found Shuuk! There are so many scam clothing companies on the internet it’s hard to know who’s legitimate. I came across them advertised in my Instagram feed and I’m glad I took a chance with Shuuk! Shipping was fast. The clothing looks the same in real life as it does pictured online, and is high quality. The materials are as advertised and are soft, comfortable against the skin, good weights, saturated colors, & no odors. Craftsmanship is excellent. I did receive a dress with a faulty zipper, but it was the only defect in a large order. I had used their size chart and my measurements, but unfortunately I had to return most of my order because the clothes were too big. However, it may just be fit preference. The current trend seems to be bigger, looser clothes and I prefer more fitted, tailored for my body type. For reference I am 47, 5’10”, 135 lbs, 40”hips, 29” waist, 36”c chest. I ordered size M for most everything, but I think S would have suited me better. The return process was easy & customer service was excellent. I will definitely order from Shuuk again, but in a smaller size, & am excited to share this store discovery with friends and family.
