Feedback on Post-Purchase Offers
UPDATE: Shuuk contacted me directly after my feedback, they were very helpful and responsive. I appreciated their help. Also, their returns and refund process was very fast and easy.
PREVIOUS: I am a first time customer. After I placed my order, I got a post-purchase offer for an extra 12% off the shoulder bag from my order. I thought it was a discount in addition to the item already in my order, but it added a SECOND bag to the order as a separate purchase. It’s a bad and confusing user experience for the website to offer a post-purchase item at a discount for the exact same item that was already part of my order. I did not want to have my credit card charged for both items, when I thought I was just ordering one.

Problem solved quickly
This was my first order and did have something mis-ship. Although they were slow to respond from my initial email request for help, four days later they fixed it quickly and all I had to do was drop it off at a FedEx store for an instant credit. My replacement was at my house within three days and gorgeous. All the items were so cute. I already have another cart going.

I bought 2 dresses. 1 I love and it is just what I was looking for. The other is such a strange material, like a cross between a swimsuit material and polyester. The print is less appealing on that fabric and all of the stitching is visible.
