I had to chase up shipping twice, however the quoins were delivered within a few days of the final shipping confirmation. They were wrapped and tied to the pallet securely and there was no shipping damage. They are a little soft at the moment, hopefully they will cure and harden over the next few days

ordering was fine, delivery took a lot longer than the 10 days stated on the website which meant it was late for a present

Good quality item, arrived well packaged and promptly.

The two large tubs arrived on a pallet and were very well protected with carpet and padding .They were in perfect condition. The delivery driver was friendly and helpful, managing to place the items so I could move the car off the drive. I am very pleased with the quality of these items and would recommend them. They are not yet in place as they need two (strong) people to move them They weigh a ton.

Just had a beautiful sandstone bench delivered. Very happy with it. Shame I can't share a photo on here

Everyone who's seen it, so far, has been well impressed. It is exactly what I hoped for to commemorate a special date. Arrived in good time for the celebration.

Worse company ever,got copes for brick pillers and the were cracked stained and they have not got back to me and I took days off work for three days straight because they kept telling me they were coming and never did and took them longer

After looking on various sites .
For garden ornaments & bird baths in particular came accross signaturegardenstatues , we found just what we were looking for ,this beauty
"three graces birdbath sculpture" similar to what we had many years ago.
After an intial delay on 1st delivery date ,we then resheduled , it came as promised it was very well wrapped & protected on a pallet.
After fully unwrapping the sculpture we found an additional item that had been sent as a good will gesture with an apology for intial delay.
we were gobsmacked , so i telephoned to say thanks .
what a great man & company.

Lovely item as is the owl we bought recently, we will have to look at some other items !

Sean was very friendly and totally professional over the purchase, and delivery was made exactly when he said it would be. The delivery driver was polite, friendly and very helpful. The Armillary and pedestal arrived in perfect condition and we all love them!

Excellent from ordering to delivering

I spoke to the company before ordering and they were extremely helpful and when I needed to adjust the order (twice!) they were very accommodating.

It was bought for a Birthday so was needed by a certain date. Had to chase up delivery as heard nothing, to find out it hadn't been posted.
Other than not arriving on time Dog was beautiful and she was more than happy with it.
