Absolutely fantastic

I have had a few orders now and they are fantastic quality... beautiful colours and the prints fit every mood and occasion...I would absolutely recommend to everyone and anyone. Customer server 10/10 and delivery was next day and packaged great! If I could give more than 5 stars I would!

I wish I had read the reviews before ordering as it seems many customers have had issues with incorrect delivery address. Their address recording system could not find the house so I entered it manually. I know this, as I was frustrated at it not coming up and having to do so when every other company I purchased gifts from presented the address straight away. Reading their shocking responses they take no accountability at all for their mistakes and they are just plain rude. Their customer service via email is also about as warm as an igloo and it’s quite clear they would much rather have an argument with their customers than take any sort of responsibility. The fact they’ve sent an order with what they claim to be missing information is also hilarious and a reflection of their service. Who sends a parcel to no house number or house name? What I ordered is quite fitting as i think they very much represent this business.

Hello, as stated via our emails. You inputted your address incorrectly, we advised we would refund once the parcel is returned to sender. You then criticised that our staff didn't spot that the address had no name or house number on it, our terms and conditions clearly state that it is the responsibility of the customer to check their address, you acknowledged that the house name or number didn't input, then have tried to shift the blame on to us implying it's somehow our fault as we didn't notice & then implying we had made the mistake, this is not the case at all, our systems are automatic & print exactly what is left by the customer.

It is also false suggesting that many customers have had issues with incorrect addresses, we have 20 bad reviews on here from 500,000 orders &only a few relate to addresses, therefore, your remark regarding this is false. We are a family run business, when a customer is making unfair demands, we defend our business to give clear & accurate information, regarding the true circumstances.

I'd like to highlight that in the rare occasion something wrong happens with an order & it is our fault, we do not hesitate to rectify, which is why our business has lasted 12 years.

That being said, if the parcel arrives back with us we will send over the refund for the products.

Absolutely Love this company, Vicki's products are brilliant, my go to for birthday presents! Absolutely perfect every time! majority of the mugs, bottles, tumblers and note books in my house are from here we love them 🤩👌🏽💖

Wonderfully funny, below the belt type humour and I'm here for it!

I have been buying from this company for about 9 months now. I can not rate them enough, their products are amazing and are wonderfully funny, rude, below the belt type of humour that my world needs! I have not been disappointed by any product, I just need more storage space to put them all in! Totally recommend to all, yes they sell the rude, in your face offensive (totally here for it) but their mental health products are also amazing and well worth the prices. Vicky is a pleasure to watch on her lives, totally entertaining and her teamfilthy behind the scenes do wonders too. Delivery super quick and well packaged. Customer for Life xx

Great company, great products

Have ordered several times from here and I am always extremely satisfied with the products. They are well packaged and that’s great as I have received many mugs & so I have peace of mind that they will arrive in one piece. Delivery has always been quick as well.
Customer service is always great, the team are really friendly and approachable.

ordered 2 cards 10 days prior to…

ordered 2 cards 10 days prior to birthday in question, and here i am nearly 4 weeks later still with no cards. the birthday has been and gone. slow response and service. partial refund and not full refund, so still chasing that. generally very poor service, wont be using again

Hi Lee, as you are aware this is a completely false review. You ordered two cards & gave an incorrect address, which you've admitted on email. The order was returned to us & my team refunded you IN FULL for the products. My customer service team did make you aware of why we cannot refund the shipping, you was unhappy re this, so I then personally reached out to you too but you remained unsatisfied.

As per our terms & conditions, if orders are returned to us due to the customer providing an incorrect address, we do not refund the postage. As we refused to refund the £1.99 postage (because you provided the wrong address), you have decided to write misleading reviews, however, as a small business owner we won't be bullied or pressured into refunding something. If something was our mistake, we would not hesitate to rectify & refund but this was not our mistake. To then try and slander our small business falsely is very disappointing but I know that anyone reading our reply will take note that it isn't a genuine negative review.

Hopefully you reconsider how you interact with other small businesses in the future, as out of your 14 reviews on here 12 out negative. Trying to get refunds that you're not entitled to and leaving unfair reviews, damaging businesses is why lots of small businesses don't survive this climate, happy to say we've been in business 12 years because we do actually have amazing customer service when in the rare occasion we do make a mistake. 95% of our bad reviews are when we have stood up to people making unreasonable demands for refunds they aren't entitled to.

Cheap horrible products

Bought item's on whatnot. They arrived wow what a disappointment. Glass mug is flimsy and literally paper thin the mug was filthy and dusty & seriously dangerous if you put hot water in it, it would shatter and crack! Notepad had all crease marks across the front of it. Would never purchase anything again!

Hello, I'm sorry to hear you're disappointed, we didn't receive any correspondence to say you're not happy with your order or would like to return. If you'd like to provide an order number we can assist.

Our glass mugs are not flimsy, all are made from borosilicate glass which is suitable for warm drinks but as stated in the care instructions, thermal shock can occur if the glass is too cold and has boiling water placed in it. Therefore, we always recommended ensuring your glass isn't cold (you can preheat by putting warm water in).

Missing item & no response

I came across this company on the whatnot app and thought it all looked great and looked like a company I’d used before with the same type of items so I had a look on the website and ordered a few things for gifts and for myself. When my order arrived my items seemed great but one thing was missing so I sent the company an email and a message to the Facebook page for them. I’ve had no reply via email but I had a reply to my Facebook message the same day telling me the missing item was in a small box inside, I replied telling them that unfortunately it wasn’t in there but my other items were and they were great, I didn’t hear back after I sent this message and I’ve followed up with three more messages after me telling them it wasn’t there and what was in the box. I didn’t ask for a refund I simply asked if they could send me the missing item but I’ve just been ignored since. This is shocking customer service and has obviously completely put me off ordering from this company any more. I’m going to have to contact my bank to get the money back for the missing item and report them which is a shame because I loved my other items!

Ive purchaser with 1st class royal mail. Its been a week and my item still hasnt been delivered. I received a email saying its been shipped with an wrong tracking number.
