I made a boo boo on my order with the…

I made a boo boo on my order with the incorrect shipping address, i emailed them straight away asking if they could change it. I received an email back very quickly saying it had been changed. I have used this company before & like all the products i have bought!

Changed review from 1 to 5 stars!

I did rate these initially as 1 star as no item and the tracking number wasnt working. Then my item arrived today looking like the dog ate it and RM blaming everyone but themselves. So emailed Silly Sentiments and just received a welcome and very thoughtful phoncecall apologising even though its not their fault. Another print is on its way to me. Very professional business trying to do the best they can
I will definitely buy from them again and highly recommend them. Give them a chance. Any company that phones you to apologise for someone else messing up, proves they care about their customers! Thank you Silly Sentiments.

AVOID

AVOID! AVOID! AVOID! Item delivered fast and securely but beared no resemblance to the advertised image. Was offered return option as I was told 'I had changed my mind' despite this clearly being a case of mis-selling/false advertising. Aggressive gaslighting from their customer services dept. BE AWARE OF USING/BUYING ANYTHING FROM THIS DODGY COMPANY.

Customer selected NEON orange mug from the drop down menu and received a NEON orange mug. We do not offer free returns when a customer simply changes their mind. Of course, if the item was faulty we would've arranged however, you received what you ordered. Very unfair & MISLEADING review.

Disgraceful service

JUST HAD A REPLY TODAY 26TH MAY 26. THE REVIEW WAS IN OCTOBER 25. PROVES A POINT REALLY. NEVER GOT THE GOODS BUT GAVE UP TRYING TO CONTACT THEM 🤣🤣 Disgraceful service. Chose Royal Mail 1st class. Sent a tracking number on dispatch. 8 days later nothing to be told won't have a tracking number as I didn't pay for this? Expected 1st class to not take 8 days plus. Still not received the item and is takes them 3 days to reply to emails. Birthday now been and gone. Use a more reputable company

Hello, you chose letter by first class post which isn't a tracked service, therefore a tracking number doesn't exist for this type of shipping. Royal Mail do not class anything as lost until 10 working days has passed but was of course happy to refund or resend for you if the product was lost.

(Edited: yes we have only just responded as we did not see this review until now, I don't know your name or order number but if you wish to provide them via email we can refund you)

Amazing quality and value for money

I’ve been ordering from this company for many years now, and I’m still blown away by the top quality products! They are amazing! I’ve just received another order today and it’s exceeded my expectations yet again. Perfect products, quick delivery and more than reasonably priced. Highly recommend and if I could give more than 5 stars I would!!

£10 mystery tiktok live

My 3rd order from this amazing small business. This time I ordered a £10 mystery on tiktok live stream, if ordered in a certain time frame i was garenteed a 30oz tumbler, needless to say I was not disappointed when it arrived today! Absolutely stunning products and endless designs

Atrocious customer service

I made an order for the mystery bag.
Nothing particularly wrong with the order.
But when I ordered the money went out of my partners account unknown to me at this point.

Vicky messaged me a couple of days later accusing me of frauding her , and threatening to report me to the police ect.
At this point I had absolutely no idea what she was on about untill I told my partner about it and he explained an unrecognised transaction went out of his account and he reported it as fraud and received the money back.
I messaged vicky back explaining what had happened and that I would sort it and get my partner to call the bank.
She was not at all understanding , she accused me of lying, a few times! Still threateing legal action, Bombarding me with messages.
I also offered to return the item if she would prefer.
Once it was sorted I didn't hear anything off her. No apology, no thank you. Nothing!

Disgusting customer service, I would definitely avoid this company .

As you can see from so many more reviews the owner is a lier and abusive.

**CUSTOMER HAS EDITED HER FALSE REVIEW ONCE AGAIN** CUSTOMER STILL HAS NOT CLOSED THE FRAUDULENT CHARGEBACK SHE MADE WITH HER BANK EVEN THOUGH SHE IS STATING SHE HAS**

Yes, we have contacted you again today due to the fact you have still not closed the FRAUDULENT chargeback against us.

Customer opened a chargeback with her bank stating the goods had been fraudulently ordered. We had proof of delivery to her address and it was delivered to her, customer then stated she had accidentally used her partners card and he opened the chargeback without her knowing (which is not correct, as we can see the name on the card used and it was HER name on the card).

Customer stated she will contact her bank to close, it's been another week and it's still open, to add insult to injury the customer has now left this review after attempting to steal from a small business. It has now been a month since the customer stated she will close the chargeback against us but she still hasn't even though she has amended her review to say it's resolved, it is not.

This has to be one of the most Amazing companies out there the owner and Team behind the scenes do an incredible job to bring you the best Quality you can get out of the products from as little as a pin badge to clothing,keyrings to chopping boards, Coffee cups to travel mugs,20oz tumblers to 40oz tumblers you name it they have it and if they dont, you can request it and they will do there upmost to find it.
DESIGNS: Are Amazing especially when its designed by the owner Vicki herself, where she puts her heart and soul into making the designs and Quotes herself unless asked otherwise,she also brings out new designs continuously, so always extremely busy company, I've been following and buying off silly sentiments/Filthysentiments for well over 2 years now. Buying Birthday cards and Gifts for friends and family members, i won't go anywhere else.

One of a kind products

Filthy sentiments is more than a company, Vicki and the team really make products that bring light into mine and others life. One product being so sentimental it stayed with my mum at the end of her life. Amazing quality, quick delivery and just one of a kind items that I love to continually buy. This is a company that really thinks about its customers and has built a great community with them - team filthy. 100% recommend you won’t be disappointed.

Amazing Products, and Amazing People

What can I say...if you haven't already ordered or experienced the fantastic range of products from here you are missing out. There is such an immense range of products, something to cater for everyone and occasion. I came across Silly/Filthy Sentiments last year on tik tok and I have been addicted ever since my cupboards are filled..mugs,cold cups note books, tote bags hoodies, jumpers, pyjamas, chocolates pens.
The customer service and the inclusiveness that Vicki and the whole team provide to each and every customer is one in a million.
Keep smashing it Vicki, you are doing amazing.

Great products and customer service

Been purchasing products from Vikki and her gang for nearly a year and can not fault them at all, their customer service is brilliant and when needed any issues have been resolved.
The variety of products available as well as the regular input of new items makes it even more exciting to see what else I can add to my haul

Fantastic quality

Every purchase I made has been delivered on time, packed really really well and the quality of the products is amazing and I’ve even used them as some gifts for my work colleagues and my friends as well.

Filthy Sentiments

I have been buying from Filthy Sentiments for nearly 2 years and I have never had an issue. If I have a question, my messages/ emails get answered.
I have lost count on everything that I own from Filthy, it varies from 40oz tumblers to tote bags to plushies. Everything is amazing. Vicki and Team always try their best to fulfil the customer requests I.e., not certain words or if we already have something, not to get a duplicate.
