The very first contact was a phone call…
The very first contact was a phone call which was answered very quickly and an appointment was agreed. Sam came out to see us was very helpful gave us information we were not aware of but everything was put in motion this was attended to in good time so we were vey satisfied with the progress
There were a few little hiccups which hopefully will now have been resolved the only downside for us these past few days having had requests for further info which has been sent and requested acknowledgment that the answers were satisfactory up to this moment in time I have not received any acknowledgment of receipt of these
Which i sincerely hope will be rectified very soon but as previously stated the experience has been satisfactory

My dad and step-mum have had issues…
My dad and step-mum have had issues with this company from the beginning. Awful company, got fed up of filling the forms out. They changed information that was on the form (names and DOB). Over 18 months since we started this the process of POA for both health and finance and still not sorted.
House deeds sent off as the house had not been registered, which they have still not returned them.

Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear you feel disappointed, and we would like to clarify the steps taken to support your family.
The delays you experienced were primarily due to external factors outside of our control. For example, your property was initially unregistered, and while HM Land Registry is currently working through a significant backlog often exceeding two years, we were able to secure expedited processing and complete the registration much sooner than standard timeframes.
Following this, the documents were drafted, signed, and submitted, and this matter has now been fully completed.
With regard to the Lasting Powers of Attorney, draft versions were sent for review and approved by your parents with the errors included. Final copies were then signed and registered. It was only afterwards that your parents noticed the errors. As a gesture of goodwill, we rectified this free of charge by revoking and reissuing the corrected documents to ensure everything was accurate.
At this stage, all work within our remit has been finalised and copies of the registration confirmation have been sent. We understand this has been a long process, but we have taken every possible step to expedite matters on your behalf.

It took a very long time
It seemed to take avery long time from seeing their salesman to getting the final documents but I suppose the fact that the person managing it changed part way through the process did not help. Also I did not find the verbal instructions given to me at the meeting very helpful as I had no written instructions to guide me so by the time I had to send/fill in paperwork I had forgotten them.

Thank you for your feedback. We understand that the process may have felt lengthy and we appreciate you taking the time to share your experience. We do not start any work within the 14 day cooling off period, as this gives you time to reflect and decide if you want to proceed. After that period we draft the documents and send them to you for approval. Once approved, the solicitors carry out their work, including checks on the property and intended trustees, which can sometimes take time.
We can confirm that the legal drafter stayed the same once Richard passed over your instructions. Land Registry work usually takes 12 to 18 months, and in your case we completed your file in 4 months, which helped to expedite the process.
We also appreciate your feedback about the verbal instructions and will look at ways to provide clearer written guidance in the future. Thank you for your patience throughout.

Excellent service
Janine visited us at home and was very clear and conscientious in explaining our options, taking into consideration our particular family circumstances. She was very friendly, easy to talk to, and very patient. Although the wills were drafted at the national office, we had a named person who was able to discuss any amendments/ changes, then Janine returned for the final discussion and document signing. It was all very convenient, stress free and reassuring.
