Silvertime Legal Avis 

Unfortunately, the experience I had with one of the Silvertime team did not inspire confidence. I was promised further paperwork by email but nothing had arrived a week after our meeting. I was given a verbal quote that was more than 10 times more expensive than that of the solicitors I used previously. I subsequently received a follow-up phone call that convinced me this experience was not typical of the firm.

We were dealt with in a polite and professional way by 'Sam' who explained patiently and at some length (our fault not his) what exactly was required. At no time were we 'pressured' and subsequent meetings were arranged at our convenience. Hopefully when the time comes the measures he helped us put in place will prove to be as smooth and trouble-free as the process of arranging them.

Contacted Sam for advice and was given a date and time To meet at my home Sam arrived spot on time and explained all very good . Second visit arrived on time again and all signed everything completed, could not ask for better service J L Coventry
