Electronics is not my forte.
Silvertree bracelet activates if I move my arms a lot. This happened when I could not cancel SOS by lightly pressing button twice and did not have my mobile with near me. At least I knew it works as my Team replied immediately to me. When I explained to Jason how difficult it is for me to press the button twice. He said they were working on that same issue and would be a couple weeks for a resolution.
I am both impressed and pleased each time I interact with Jason. Jason takes his time and explains each step and is most helpful. Even my team have commented on him.

My husband has been wearing his Silvertree watch for a few weeks now. It has helped me feel less stressed about him when I’m away from home knowing that Silvertree can detect a fall. The only problem we’ve had is the number of times he has accidentally set it off. The good thing is that he can quickly press buttons on the watch that will cancel a false alarm. I feel much better that he can get emergency services quickly when needed. I would definitely recommend Silvertree to others.

This product is too complicated for me to manage, technologically. I had someone help me set it up but I wasn'tcomfortable reading it, changing information, following instructions, etc. it's just not for me.

Mom is 91 and lives on her own. I am sleeping better knowing that she has the Silvertree Reach- I can look anytime I want to make sure she is ok- Thank you Silvertree!!

Bought this for my grandma recently who had a bad fall. My parents and I looked at a bunch of options, including Apple Watch. My grandma didn’t like any of them - she called them “ugly and heavy”.

We heard about Silvertree through Martha Stewart and showed it to her — she was open to trying it. We are now a few weeks in and she is actually wearing it every day and says it is “part of her routine” now.

Very happy new Silvertree customer! The Reach is what I have been searching for. I wear it on my wrist all day (playing tennis, shopping, lunch with friends) and am not worried about it looking like a medical device. It just blends in. And best of all, my kids know I am safe!

Biggest issue is that the device really needs a digital watch built in. Nothing fancy, but it’s taking up all of the wrist real estate for a generation that relies on watches.

I bought the Silvertree Reach for my Dad and I’m very happy with my decision. Knowing he is safe and connected to me is comforting. And the price is very reasonable at $25/mo.

My mom is very active - she regularly kayaks and spends time on the water. But, she fell and broke her foot last summer just getting the mail. Her phone was inside and the thought of her crawling back inside still haunts me. She is by no means frail so other options seemed too demeaning for her. Silvertree is way more in line with her lifestyle (and ego!)

Like the stylish of the Watch and come with GPS, and no limit members for your care team. Dislike the battery life is not as long lasting as the ads indicated. Sometimes the battery level drops incredibly fast (less than 24hrs from 100% to less than 15%). Dislike the tech support in not available seven days, only Mon-Fri daytime. Hope in the future has more function such as dates and time show on the watch, long last and more stability of the battery and more availability from the support team to solve the issue ASAP.

Techs have been very kind and helpful. I’m pleased with the service I have received and the timeliness of response.

Everything was explained clearly and it was easy to set up.

I was worried what would happen if I fell or needed help three of my care team one called two came to me right away, then I rec, a call from Silvertree and felt much better, I was so worried the troops would all arrive,anr I didnt need them. I was just so upset because I could not stop the device from red. So this was like a trail run. thanks for your speedy call. God8 bless

The Reach is attractive and I've received several requests asking what it is from strangers. They were impressed and agreed it's practical and useful. I wish it had a simple watch on it. I keep looking for the time! It was a bit hard to set up, but my son had no trouble. Customer service is inconvenient since I'm on mountain time. But it's good.

Battery life can be flaky but usually good. My mother thinks it is too bulky so we leave it on her walker.

It is ok. I think still room to get better.
