This is fabulous!! My mother at 94 wears it religiously. It has gone off and she received a text. We know it works. The only probably is trying to put new info into the profile which is not easy.

the customer service is fantastic
the customer service is fantastic. they will get you thru anything and solve all and any problems you may experience. i was intimidated by the technology at first but now perfect with it all. love the design of the device and so comfortable to wear. most folks think i am wearing an exercise device ! so happy with it.

I still have not been able to use my device. I cannot set up the fall detection. I have been told that there’s an issue that the company is working on. I bought it for the fall detection.

Oh no! We’re so sorry to hear you’re having trouble setting up the fall detection and we haven’t gotten you a solution yet! We put out updates regularly - including just the other day! If you’re able to send us another email to support@silvertree.io, we’d love to see if we can dig into this further to get you up and running.

I wish it was water proof as the shower…
I wish it was water proof as the shower and tub could be the place of greatest risk for a fall. I also find it a bit bulky

You're right -- showering is a time with an increased risk of falling. This is why we designed the Reach to be shower-proof - so you can live your life and still wear the Reach!
I bought this for my Mom who is 88 and…
I bought this for my Mom who is 88 and it came with no written instructions. My mom is not tech savvy and it was a good thing that I was visiting her to help her set up the device. It is also bulky for a small persons wrist.

Don’t press the alarm button too hard!!
After a fall-don’t panic and keep pushing the alarm button. Give it a soft tap and wait for the RED line..Then relax..Silvertree has it under control!

I have had my Silver Tree Reach about a month. Jason is absolutely wonderful and very patient and helpful. I am so glad I bought the Silver Tree Reach -- I feel so secure knowing I can call for help from anywhere with wifi service. A great investment.
