Customer service
Customer service was amazing. They noticed I had purchased two items the same instead of two different items that I wished for. They were able to change my order to the items that I wanted which resulted in me not having to spend time and money returning the item I didn’t want. So once again thank you to customer service for being very alert and on the ball.

After having experienced many delivery debacles from other retailers lately, I was so very impressed and relieved when not only did ilovehaus deliver the correct items, they did it quickly, and nothing arrived damaged...twice! Thank you, ilovehaus!

Had been looking at Gefu Pepper Grinders online, didn't want to pay 35£, Haus are selling them for 17£!!! Quick delivery, but by luck of the draw it was faulty; a replacement was sent immediately. Very happy.

A Converted Sceptic!
I have always baked my bread either freeform or occasionally in a loaf tin, and was sceptical about the effectivness of bread bakers or the cloche method, but no more! I purchased the Artisan Bread Baker in a gorgeous shade of red and was amazed at the crust and crumb of the very first loaf I baked in it. Super product. I'm definitely a convert!

Excellent service and excellent products
Ordered Wusthof honing steel and couldn't be happier with it. Haus are the main Wusthof supplier in the UK and hence you also get that peace of mind that the products are genuine.
