Great smart lock
The lock that I have is great, it has worked really well for a year. I would happily buy one again.
I contacted customer services about an issue and they were quick to help which shows a company that also cares.

I have two locks installed and they work flawlessly
I have two locks installed, a cylinder lock for nearly 12 months and a front door lock for 6 months. Both function perfectly and allow for multiple card, passcodes and fingerprints to be used per lock. I had reason to contact technical support and they resolved my query effortlessly (a network setup issue rather than an issue witrh the lock). I wouldn't hesitate to fit another Simpled lock should the need arise.

Great product. Great company
I used simpled door locks on both my own home and an Airbnb. So convenient and easy to use.
For the Airbnb I use a door lock plus keypad which saves on lost keys and is very convenient for guests.
Great advice from simpled on which system I needed. Recommend to all and great value for money.

I own two and I'll be buying more!
I've used the smart handle on my own house (kids and keys are a terrible mix!) I was so impressed that I upgraded my small business lockup that's accessed by a number of people.
Both locks worked perfectly for nearly 2 years, a minor fail in the one on my house (used far less so just unfortunate I think) was replaced within 24 hrs with no questions asked.
Genuinely can't fault these guys - BRILLIANT!

Easy to order easy to install
Easy to order easy to install, however this is as good as it gets. My lock lasted just about three months had numerous emails on Friday as the lock just died, done the usual change batteries, tried email via the site where they ask for a video but could t send video due to the site having a block on .mov files.
If I get a replacement it will be up for sale as I’ll go elsewhere for one
Ok so when I wrote this I was waiting for a reply from simpled then today the new lock arrived.
Shame nobody commutated to let me know a new one was in the post

Electronic Door lock

Battery cover
Somehow the battery cover was misplaced when fitting a door lock - a replacement was immediately sent free of charge along with a couple of unexpected extra key fobs - excellent service and product.

Water ingress not good, but replacement lock received no quibble
Purchased a Simpled Smart Door Lock last year, was really happy with the product, until water started to ingress and cause bubbling underneath the front panel. Attempted to contact you for a replacement but have never received a reply :(. Now left with an expensive lock which looks awful. Not a great advert for your product for anyone visiting our door. Not sure if this is a common problem or a one off issue, but I would be grateful for a replacement or refund. Many thanks, Sam
Revision: after contacting them again on the email provided, we received a replacement lock no quibble, delivered within only a couple days. Thank you :)

Great support service
Great support service. My night latch door lock began to malfunction after about a year. They replaced the unit, no questions asked, and are also covering the customs charges for the replacement (I am based in Ireland).

Good customer service
Bought a simpler smart lock a few months ago and had some issues with the front panel first and then the battery cover. However customer service was really good and promptly sent me replacement parts within days free of charge.

Really good customer service and great product
Really good customer service. I contacted them before purchasing a lock. They were able to guide me with a pre-compatible check and also to highlight which lock would work best to properly secure my home.
After making the purchase I had a communication fault with the lock. They assisted to troubleshoot the fault.
I was shipped a new outer lock replacement within two days no issues. Really prompt communication and assistance.
I enjoy using the lock, fairly easy to setup and install.

Issues with BF YP lock
Had issues with BF YP lock, contacted Simpled who, despite the fact I couldn't locate my receipt, sent a replacement out straight away with no quibble, Excellent customer service.
