We had a new bathroom fitted, and what a great experience it was. Job was done in 5 days to a very high standard at a very good price. Extremely happy overall. There's a saying "you can please most of the people most of the time, but you can't please all the people all of the time."
Well, this doesn't stop simply group trying to please all of people all of the time..they really put the effort in.
Special mention to Erin from the fitting team, who really went above and beyond for us.
If I need future work, we won't hesitate to use again..

Just had 5th bathroom done by Simply. As usual a top quality job. Office and fitters very easy to deal with and quick to respond.

We had Simply Group in to do a bathroom and conservatory roof. From start to finish they were on the ball, Barty and his team were a pleasure to deal with, everything that was promised to be done, was done and a few extras as a favour. I would highly recommend them. I left the decision with Barty to fit the bathroom on their standard package and we were very happy with the transformation. Elaine Hudson

Barty and his son done my bathroom and I have to say it’s absolutely gorgeous they did not disappoint. I got exactly what I wanted and more they were so professional from start to finish and there wasn’t one hiccup. They done that good a job I also got them to do my media wall(Barry’s brother Alan ) and again absolutely perfect. They are in the middle of transforming my old shed into a guitar studio and it’s looking amazing . I honestly could not recommend this family run business enough nothing is to much trouble thanks so much guys your all absolutely amazing

Once again they did not disappoint. After previously fitting us a new bathroom and toilet room we did not hesitate to have our kitchen/ family completed by them.
The work was done to a high standard and was fully kept up to date what was happening when. All rubbish was taken away and everything left clean and tidy.
Family and friends have also used Simply and had great experiences.

Have had our bathroom and toilet room completed last week. Both rooms are unrecognisable. The standard of workmanship is very high and they worked in a clean and tidy manner. Bought my own accessories which they fitted for me. Danny was very professional and in these uncertain times I very at ease having him work in my house.
From coming out to give us a quote, ordering want we wanted and the work being complete was hassle free. Debbie kept us up to date with everything we needed to know.
I will be asking them to come out and give us a price for our kitchen. 5 star work and service. 😊😊

Simply group would not recommend as work not up to standard.Had a problem with a few snags they were rectified until a crack appeared in the bath they were keep saying it was a scratch until we got we got someone else to have a look .After that Barty came out and himself it was a crack Barty full of patter saying when the jobs were done he would come and the work that did not happen the work is iterrible been left with jobs not finished as I was accused shouting and using abusive language which I did not . Barty and Debbie customer service is terrible. PLEASE don't use Simply group

We would like to thank the full team for their professionalism this week.
They have completed, removal and installation of cloakroom and en-suite to an excellent standard and a quality you can only wish for.
Would not even know you had builders in as their housekeeping was as important as the installation.
So pleased they are now booked to return end of January to do main bathroom.
I would highly recommend their team to anyone looking to upgrade their bathrooms etc.

Very pleased with the bathroom simply group have installed. Installers Erin, Jack and Alex were friendly and hard working. Hit a few problems on the way but everything was sorted out to a good standard. Thank you for the hard work

Both lads did an excellent job. Both were nice and pleasant and they cleaned everything up. I would recommend them to anyone, my daughter had them couple years ago and she said the same

Simply awful!!
Two bathrooms fitted in March (not the original spec ordered). Leak from March which has been ‘fixed’ 3 times. Debbie was dreadful to deal with- clear lack of communication between staff as no one seems to know what’s going on!
Still waiting for all damages caused by them to be repaired. Currently living with a damp, mouldy dining room with a hole in the ceiling where they drained the water.
The workmen themselves were fine the customer service from Debbie and Barty - dreadful! Debbie no longer taking my calls.

Delighted with my new bathroom renovation. Craig and the team were excellent to deal with. Very professional and hard working. They were always prompt and left the work space tidy at the end of each day.
Debbie and Stacey were brilliant to deal with. They kept me updated throughout the process.

Just had my bathroom done by Simply Group NE. From start to finish they were brilliant. So easy to deal with. Fitters turned up every morning on time. They were polite and nothing was a problem for them. Very happy with my new bathroom. I will recommend Simply Group NE and will be using them for my en suite when I get that re done.

I have signed a contract with them to get a brand new bathroom installed - from the furniture, walls to installation of towel radiator that I never had.

The installers Craig and John were just amazing: very professional, tidy, always got in touch if something needed to be clarified (I had to work so trusted them with my home keyes), quickly solved couple of rosen issues without hesitation.

Overall - I am very happy with the end of result and service, and would deffinately recommend to anyone.

I contacted SG on Facebook and they came out rather quickly to measure up and quote. They were easy to work with and were adaptable with my ideas.
Work was completed quickly, and tidily.
They were quick to come out and rectify a minor issue that occurred within a few days. When I am able to, I will be getting them back out for further work.

I had Barty and the team from Simply out last year to replace my bathroom. They did an exceptional job, were punctual and when they were finished for the day there was very little mess.

The final work was of a brilliant standard and can't recommend them enough. My neighbour followed suit and used them for her bathroom and she is also delighted and I'm hopefully getting them back soon to fit my kitchen. Great work and a really friendly team too
