I haven't opened the mirror yet to write a review on that however the delivery service was good. I had Jordan do my delivery, it arrived on time & the delivery driver was very pleasant, friendly and helpful. He provided great service and made the whole delivery experience easy and positive. Thank you!

We had our large mirror delivered by Jordan, a really pleasant and happy guy considering he had been on the road all day, we know this because we were tracking our delivery. He arrived at 8:30 in the evening and was still smiling.

Wow! Mirrors like no other available in any shop or online. The quality is unbelievable and although the price is on the high side it’s genuinely worth every penny. Will definitely be ordering more for around the house!

Great customer service, and great delivery. Driver left item exactly as per instruction. We were not at home but because of a great communication I wasn't worrying item will be undelivered. Highly recommend.

Not worth £200 could buy similar in the range for £99 .

Having ordered before I was surprised the delivery time slot was so late in the evening! Arrived at 9.40 pm ( too many deliveries from England to Scotland )
The driver was brilliant , polite, careful &despite being on his own to try & get a 53 kg mirror off a van with no tail lift was a miracle( did need a little help positioning trolley wheels. I’m sure this is not a safe way to deliver so many large mirrors( & he had more drops that evening & next day of this size )
I’ve worked in furniture & these should really be 2 man deliveries.
All staff members spoken to were very polite & helpful.
Not as excited about mirror as expected, didnt have the wow factor , was lovely but lacked a frame to give it more presence. Looked a little bare/ unfinished! It flexed a little too on boarding so have Sat it on top of sideboard & not hung it & siliconed front edge to glass top on sideboard for safety!
Husband not convinced brackets & screws nearly robust enough for weight. It would be different if resting on a skirting & attached to wall, hung portrait?

Kept my money since 11th April !!!!
advertised a mirror on their website with the wrong dimensions, when it arrived we instantly saw from the packaging it was wider than advertised & too big for our flat
Reported straight away received a tirade of rude messages where they tried to pretend they had increased the size of the mirror recently due to demand saying we’d bought just before website was changed which was rubbish as we had just screenshotted it with the same dimensions on there as we were speaking to them
They then said I should keep the mirror, put it somewhere else & had the audacity to then say I should buy another mirror from them for which they’d give me a discount
After arguing back & forth about this they then said they’d collect & refund but I’d need to pay for collection
Again I argued this was their error not mine
More rude messages .. eventually “senior management” contacted me, apologised (in writing & over phone) & finally got a courier to collect weeks later on 16th May - order date was 11th April!
I’d had this huge mirror in my small flat all that time, the cardboard box smelt awful too & I was left out of pocket with no functional mirror for the space intended
“Senior management” only kicked in because I raised charge back with my bank so it then became a priority for them
Mirror was collected & I received a text from “senior management” stating they would arrange refund 2 days later
We’re now 2 months past this, I never heard anything back from them, never received a refund & they did not respond to the bank charge back either
I’ve texted “senior management” & can see they’ve read but no response
They now have my money & the mirror back so they’re quids in!!

This is a short version of a series of messages / emails / phone calls a lot of which they ignored or replied with rudeness & bullying tactics

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! I’m now going down a legal route to recoup my money from them
Absolutely shocking customer service & judging by other reviews I’m not the only one they’ve kept money from

My mirror is amazing and was well worth the wait as I ordered it in march and received it 03/07/26. This company were very transparent and trustworthy throughout the process keeping me informed and updated about any queries that I had regarding my order. Which was always dealt with within an hour or less. I would highly recommend and be buying again from Simply Home Mirrors 😍

from customers complaining about service… don’t forget some of their products are pre ordered and you need to be patient .. I waited 3 months for my gorgeous full length mirror which is absolutely stunning.. Enjoy when it arrives!!

Great product at a fair price, although took longer than expected, the unprompted communication from the team was excellent, which gave me confidence the mirror would arrive, which it did on the day and time promised. Well worth the wait. Highly recommend

From start to finish simply Home have kept us in the loop with our Delivery although it was a little late due to importation we were emailed regularly extremely happy with the product service and Delivery could not fault them at all

Really glad I went for simply home mirrors, not only do they offer a gorgeous range of contemporary and traditional mirrors but their customer service has been really good. I ordered two weeks ago, they kept in touch regarding delivery and a slight delay and explained giving me a clear timeframe of when it would arrive. The mirror I opted for was the six panel mirrors and they have transformed my dining room beyond my expectations.

The mirror itself is stunning & we love it. The delivery is the issue. When i ordered it said 10-14 days as we were away this was fine. Once order placed, delivery was 7 days, so whilst i was away. I asked to change this but was told it was a week or next slot would be 3 weeks! So my son said he could be there to get it. No text the night with time slot as promised. At 9am, tracking had the driver in peterborough, about 2 hours away from us but no route given, i let my son know it would be at least a few hours away & he said its already here. I recieved no confirmation of delivery even though a photo was taken & on the 'shop' app, its still saying, awaiting delivery details. I did email the company & was told the problem must be on my end with my wifi!! There is no problem with my wifi & this does not explain why no text was recieved the night before.
So the product is lovely but delivery needs attention
