Great experience from start to finish. Ordered on the Wednesday and received on the Friday! It’s a huge mirror and was delivered by their own driver I believe he was called James. He was brilliant, highly recommended.

Ordered the fendi mirror absolutely gorgeous when out up in the living room the delivery driver was really good will definitely use them again yes they take time but are worth the wait the only thing I changed was the screws for hanging the mirror I wasn't convinced was strong enough but product quality was spot on for the mirror

Really quick delivery! Came in allocated slot & guy helped bring it to where we needed in house. Fantastic service!

SHM definitely have some customer service quirks which need to be ironed out. Lost too many hours chasing up this company to be happy! But my issue is now being resolved.

DO NOT ORDER from this company! This is a complete scam. After waiting months and never receiving my goods, they told me the shipment was "hijacked" (total lie). Then, they tried to get me to send money via bank transfer to a new account, refusing to refund my original payment. This is a classic scam tactic. I had to go through my credit card company for a chargeback to get my money back. . Stay far away!

Delivery driver was very helpful and placed my mirror where I asked It was packaged well All I can say is now it’s up it is absolutely gorgeous and well worth the money Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting a luxury mirror

It took a little while to receive it but we knew it as it was stated on pre order but I can only say that is worth the wait!

Well worth the 6 week wait. Few little touch ups needed with my trusty black marker but the glass is amazing quality! Delivery with the tracking was amazing! Seems like a touch of class! Thank you - wish I could leave a photo.also, the hanging hooks must be lasered on their end because so easy to install…

I ordered the Marble Arch Black Trim Mirror which was the exact measurements I had been searching for in my space. The mirror was delivered in less than a week so great turnaround, and the live tracking of the delivery was amazing.

When my mirror was delivered I had noticed I was given the wrong item but the delivery driver, Jordan, had sadly gone by this point, I had managed to get in touch with him and he turned straight back around to rectify the situation. I have NEVER experienced courier service like this in my life, I was over the moon by Jordan’s service and commitment.
