Some Guy James is help and delivered what he said I would never hesitate to buy from this company perfect I wish they was all as good as this

Great experience from start to finish. Ordered on the Wednesday and received on the Friday! It’s a huge mirror and was delivered by their own driver I believe he was called James. He was brilliant, highly recommended.

Ordered the fendi mirror absolutely gorgeous when out up in the living room the delivery driver was really good will definitely use them again yes they take time but are worth the wait the only thing I changed was the screws for hanging the mirror I wasn't convinced was strong enough but product quality was spot on for the mirror

Really quick delivery! Came in allocated slot & guy helped bring it to where we needed in house. Fantastic service!

This company gets 3 stars only because James the owner is helpful and efficient.

SHM definitely have some customer service quirks which need to be ironed out. Lost too many hours chasing up this company to be happy! But my issue is now being resolved.

Lovely mirror. Good communication on delivery status. The delivery driver Blake was helpful and polite.

Absolutely love my wall mirror just got to put it up on the wall , going to buy another one in a couple of weeks James the delivery bloke was lovely definitely recommend .

Well made mirror and a prompt delivery, I would recommend this company to anyone that wants quality at a good price

Got my mirror today. Delivered by Jordan who was a massive help getting it into my top floor appartment. Looks better than I expected to be honest. I've got my eye on another mirror. Thanks

DO NOT ORDER from this company! This is a complete scam. After waiting months and never receiving my goods, they told me the shipment was "hijacked" (total lie). Then, they tried to get me to send money via bank transfer to a new account, refusing to refund my original payment. This is a classic scam tactic. I had to go through my credit card company for a chargeback to get my money back. . Stay far away!

We love our new mirror. Great quality and the perfect size. Thanks to Blake who delivered it and for his great Customer service. Thank you

My mirror arrived on the time it was stated
Delivery driver was very helpful and placed my mirror where I asked It was packaged well All I can say is now it’s up it is absolutely gorgeous and well worth the money Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting a luxury mirror

We just received our outstanding mirror and we are very happy with it.
It took a little while to receive it but we knew it as it was stated on pre order but I can only say that is worth the wait!
Customer service always replied promptly by emails any time we asked for updates.
Many thanks 🙏

The two gentleman were very professional and courteous.

My 6-panel mirror finally arrived yesterday after a 6-week wait that I didn’t initially know about. The communication throughout was good and the delivery was smooth. More importantly, it was worth the wait. I’m very pleased with my purchase.

Apart from the long delivery time which was stated when purchasing, I love the mirror, came exactly on the date stipulated and the delivery driver Craig was very helpful and polite. Will be purchasing another mirror very soon! Top service

Absolutely love my mirror well worth the money staff very helpful and friendly would highly recommend and will be using again
