I want to take a moment to get the attention of the customers of sira cash and carry.
This is something what can cause serious health issues and it could be fatal aswell.
Last time I bought some pancakes from the shelf and when we opened them at home they were all mouldy and smelling like a rotten fish.
I complained about it but the store denied my claims and said that they would never use or sell this product.
Now this time I bought Amla murabba
This muraba paking had worms inside.
Luckily I saw it. My daughter was about to eat that and this could be fatal.
I tried call them but no joy as always.
I am reporting this to the health and safety and food hygiene teams.
How is this possible to sell these kind of products which are even not out of dates and still contaminated.
I am adding some pics of the product so people should know what I am talking about

Our order consisted of 10 large cans of Natco kesar mango pulp, specifically the 'NO added sugar' type, but to our surprise, we received the 'sweet added sugar' ones instead. The main reason we ordered so many was that the website confirmed the 'NO added sugar' option was in stock. I attempted to contact customer service, who directed me to email my concern. Unfortunately, I received no reply. After two weeks, I sent a follow-up email, yet still no response. Now, I am stuck with 10 large cans of sweetened mango pulp that aren't compatible with my dietary requirements, so I am giving them away to friends at no cost. I find it unfair to return them and face high postal costs when it wasn’t my mistake. I am extremely disappointed with SIRAS's lack of responsibility and customer care, and I wouldn't advise anyone to do business with them. If anyone from SIRAS sees this, it’s disgraceful to mislead customers and ignore your errors.

very poor after sales customer service !

Purchased one of those ready prepared in a coconut drink that comes in a fancy plastic packaging with straw included .
Got home and removed the wrapping to find that it was covered in fungal mould and an awful odor meaning not fit to drink . My grand daughter had noticed at the shop that there were some coconut packaged drinks that revealed mould but these owners never return a product !
In fact , many months ago , we purchased some jaggery in a plastic jar but when we got home and later opened the lid , the silver foil wrap and been removed and when my wife complained about the product the shop owners wife did not apologise or issue a refund citing that ' we do not take products back !!'
So much for their cheesy ad stating that quality and customer service comes first -absolute baloney .
Whatever you buy at this shop , inspect carefully at the premises else they won't issue any refunds or take-backs !!!

I had been on the hunt for dried unripe mangoes to use in pickling, but they seemed impossible to find. Just when I was losing hope, a friend recommended Siras. Trying out their online ordering for the first time turned out to be a great experience. My package arrived promptly, and I was thrilled to receive it the following day. Given that I reside far from their store, I'll surely use their online service again.

Very happy

I was searching for dried unripe mangoes for pickling and couldn't find them anywhere. Really getting desperate when a friend suggested Siras. It was my first time using their online ordering. I received my delivery very efficiently and was super happy to get my order the next day. Would definitely consider ordering online again with them as I don't live near the shop.

Delivery of wrong items and lack of accountability. We ordered 10 large tins of the Natco…

We ordered 10 large tins of the Natco kesar mango pulp ‘NO added sugar variety’ but instead received a delivery of the ‘sweet added sugar’ variety.
The whole reason for ordering 10 large tins was because the website said that the ‘NO added sugar’ variety was available in stock.
I tried to call customer services and was advised to put my complaint in writing via email however received no response.
I followed it up again with another email after a fortnight and still received NO response.
I am now left with 10 large tins of sweet ‘added sugar’ mango pulp that go against my health needs and trying to give it out to friends for free.
I refuse to return these and incur heavy postage charges for no fault of mine.
I am so furious with the lack of accountability on part of SIRAS that I would never ever recommend to trade or give any business to them.
Anyone from Siras reading this, shame on you for misleading customers and then refusing to own up to your mistakes and turning a blind eye.
