I never received my package
I never received my package, an order of 500 €. I took several times and customer service that does not deign to answer me. I even contacted them on Instagram and still no answer
I hope that through this review, they will finally come to me. It's still a scandal to have such inactive customer service given the price of the products.

Ridiculous wait for refund
Returned a top, (too small). Returns cost approx £8 from UK. Bot email this morning - they've received item, it will take up to 14 working days to quality check, then they will be in touch. That's nearly a MONTH!

They don't reply to emails. It's a chat bot. You just get empty answers. They don't refund, and they don't exchange. The brand is just a facade. They don't live by their values. Fake

I ordered the ballet slipper wrap, leggings and bra top. Honestly, the quality is amazing. The wrap top is so buttery soft and the leggings and bra top have excellent support without being see through. I would definitely buy more. They are on the more expensive side but the quality is worth it.

Don't waste your money
I’m extremely disappointed with this company. I placed an order over a month ago, and it still hasn’t shipped. Customer service has been unresponsive and the few replies I received were vague and unhelpful. Meanwhile, it’s frustrating to see influencers promoting the product online, clearly indicating that stock is available. I won’t be ordering from them again.

Kvaliteten af tøjet lever på ingen måde op til prisen - materialet føles billigt, og efter kun én vask begyndte syningerne at gå op. Derudover var leveringstiden MEGET længere end oplyst, og da jeg forsøgte at kontakte kundeservice, fik jeg intet svar. Det virker desværre ikke som om, de tager deres kunder seriøst.
Jeg handler her ikke igen og vil heller ikke anbefale andre at handle her.
