the first installers should have solved and warned to the company and the client of the problems that occurred
The first installers were not very communicative but generally correct. When they finished installing the doors I indicated that it seemed to me that there was a lot of separation between them and they did not close properly, but they did not pay much attention to me. That was when the next day I called Glen Whitaker to inform him and he very efficiently and kindly sent me an installer to correct the hinges and adjust the doors to close properly to prevent air from passing through. The problem was corrected, thank you! But after a few hours I realized that there was another problem, the lock did not close with the key... so I called the company again and another installer came back to see the problem. The installer could not solve the problem and a new lock had to be ordered...Finally, after a few days, another installer came with a new lock and the problem was finally solved. In my point of view, the first installers should have solved and warned to the company and the client of the problems that occurred and not making the client responsible for making all the calls, informing the company of each problem every time.

We are saddened that we did not receive a more positive review from you. As you have described, you reported that you had difficulty operating your doors the day after they were installed, to which arrangements were made for one of our team to attend that same day to make some adjustments, and after this visit your initial concern was resolved. Unfortunately, the following day you had trouble locking the doors with the key. Arrangements were made for one of our team to attend that same day. During this visit, the euro cylinder was found to be faulty. As I’m sure you can appreciate these things can happen from time to time. A replacement was ordered and it’s fitment carried out promptly once received. We were responsive to your contact and the problem was resolved quickly. Although not the 5 star review we strive to achieve, this review should give anyone reading this the reassurance that if an issue does arise with one of our products, it will be rectified immediately.

Excellent service
The whole process was great from start to finish. Great communication throughout. A considerate company that were understanding of budget restrictions and gave options to help with these.
The installers were very friendly, clean and efficient, they even finished the work ahead of schedule.
There were two minor defects that we spotted with the windows after installation, SJB sent an installer round that same day to fix these. Can’t fault their excellent service.

3 new sash windows
Blago, who installed the windows, did a beautiful job, was utterly professional and courteous at all times, and stayed late to finish the job, without a murmur. The customer service was very efficient and professional too.

Sash windows for bathroom and bedroom
I had two sash windows installed, in a bedroom and the bathroom, and I’m very pleased with the result. Both the windows look great. I’m very happy that I went with the advice of Paul, who suggested having just the bottom window in the bathroom frosted. It was a good idea - there’s a lot more light and it looks lovely. The fitters arrived on time, completed the work well without rushing and cleared up afterwards. All in all an excellent experience, and if I need any more new windows, I will definitely go to SJB again.
