Tried a few products from SkinPharmacy and I’ve genuinely noticed a difference in my skin. clearer and just feels healthier overall. Everything arrived quickly and felt high quality so i'd recommend them!

I have purchased various products from Skin Pharmacy over the past few years.
The skincare experts have been incredibly helpful in suggesting appropriate products for my skin type and skin concerns.
I had previously been using a serum containing vitamin C which had been causing redness and dry skin, when I switched to the products Selay recommended I noticed improvements within a week.
Products arrive in beautiful packaging and they've all produced great results for my skin.

I have been ordering my ZO holy grail products from Skin Pharmacy for years now, the skin experts are always available on what's app for any Qs or concerns too! The best, most effective skincare products and excellent customer service! thank you!

After having a really bad experience at a company that does skincare and aesthetics- I got my lips done and they messed me up and implied it was my fault and I was never comfortable going back after that but needed my Zo skincare!! I found skin pharmacy and contacted one of the lovely employees who called me and helped me activate my account earlier in summer this year and I could not be happier with the service I receive from this company!! I nearly always receive a freebie which I love and think is so sweet.
I just received my order this morning it was a big order and I cannot emphasise enough how amazing this company is, fast delivery even at this time of year I really didn’t expect it to come so soon and on top of that the packaging inside smelt unreal- no idea what yous used but even my partner was sniffing the box as it smelt so lovely lol. Also as I spent so much this time I got two free items and I’m very excited to try!

Please don’t be put off by the negative reviews after reading I think people maybe don’t fully understand the concept of the website- how the subscription so you don’t run out works and the expense of the goods. I mean they are expensive but it’s totally worth it in my eyes as it’s proper medical skin care. You have to pay extra for the finer things in this life, it sucks but it’s just how this world works!! Worth every penny in my opinion

I ordered products on subscription from the website but found I wasn’t using them as quickly as expected. By the time my third subscription payment was taken, I still had an unopened bottle left plus half a tube of my other order. I reached out to the team to cancel the order, but they informed me that cancellations are only allowed after three subscription cycles. My options were to pay a £17 cancellation fee (on a £38 product), accept a store credit, or have the product delivered that I didn't require.

I find it extremely unfair to be charged to cancel a subscription before the third cycle, especially since the order hadn’t even been dispatched. This policy completely disregards customer satisfaction. Instead of gaining a loyal, long-term customer, they’ve lost my business entirely. A very disappointing experience.

I was using zo clearing kit and it was not perfect but my skin was improving and I decided maybe medical grade skincare is it for me. I message their skin expert who prescribed two new addition for me, Alumier retinol 0.5 and skin science eventone cream both of them was up to £250. I bought them as a struggling student cause I want a good skin. I noticed this little bump for a while but I assume retinol will break your skin to repair your skin, only for me to wake up one day it’s everywhere, I mean my skin is so rough, I didn’t get the even skin I paid for and I’m leaving more damaged than ever. I never came with perfect skin, my skin problem, was hyperpigmentation, uneven skin , and oily skin that’s it. No acne, no rough bump but now they have left me damage.
P.S Don’t ever contact their skin expert for skincare advice, the ZO I was using was recommended by another Aesthetician and since skin pharmacy was cheaper, I decided to leave her and follow their recommendations.

SCAMMERS. SKIN PHARMACY STOLE MY MONEY , LIED AND SAID IT WAS DELIVERED WHEN IT WASNT. AND SAID THERE WAS PROOF OF DELIVERY. WHEN I CONTACTED THEM THEY AVOIDED ANSWERING AND GOT SCARED AND REFUNDED THE WHOLE AMOUNT BACK. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. THE WEBSITE IS A SCAM.

Poor product. Night moisturiser has a broken pump, had to remove the top to access the product.Cream not good, a cheap product, ineffective, yet not cheap to purchase. Packaging looks like it was designed by a nine year old girl. Will never purchase any skincare from this company again.

I ordered on 11.12.2023. and I did not receive my order. I emailed them twice and they don't answer. When will my order be delivered? This really makes no sense! #SP2312467

@SkinPharmacy I have emailed your customer service x 3 occasions and still no response to resolving undelivered purchase.
ORDER No SP2312767 purchased 26.12.23 remains undelivered.

I ordered at the end of Nov and was emailed to say the order will be with me by 4 Dec. Nothing. I have emailed, I have tried to call. No response...... There isn't an option to upload proof of purchase. My order number is #SP2312227

Poor customer service and did not receive the correct order.

So this is an update from the last review I gave, after a week of coordinating with their customer support they’ve sent the items now. Tho they’re investigating it still with their payment processor, kudos to them for sending the items. Anyway, delivery is as fast as always. Items are well packed and in great condition and we all love sample freebies inside. To sum it up, yes we can start ordering again with them.

Paid £80 and did not receive my product. Emails ignored. Had to raise a dispute with PayPal to try and get a refund.

I am so happy with the service! Such wonderful friendly customer service and very quick delivery.

Mahmoud is so helpful and knowledgeable. It is a pleasure to deal with him and the service is excellent.

Fantastic advice and help re my after treatment skin probs. I love the products I purchased all three very hydrating. I most definitely will be ordering again, my order was with me within 3 days, just couldn't ask for a better service.

Ordered some skincare and paid for express delivery which was supposed to be delivered in 1-3 days according to them. Unfortunately, that never happened which was sad since i was looking forward it and my package was time sensitive where i needed it by a certain time. However, the company was kind enough to give me a refund for the products i have ordered since there was a delay on their side. So I definitely appreciate it and appreciate the company's quick responsiveness to my concerns.
