They charge 10% on top of the skip company charge. I expect a small markup for convenience but 10% is a bit much.

As a comparison and booking service, the prices displayed on our website are clearly shown before an order is placed, allowing customers to make an informed decision before proceeding.
We do feel it is important to clarify that your concerns were raised after you contacted us to enquire about cancelling your order. At that stage, we explained that a £10 administration fee would apply in accordance with our Terms & Conditions should you choose to cancel. The order itself was not cancelled.
We always aim to be transparent about our pricing and any applicable fees, and these are available to customers before completing a booking.
While we appreciate that not everyone will agree with our policies, we believe it is important that reviews accurately reflect the service provided.
