Product as described, very competitively priced and delivered on time

The whole process of ordering - I was update throughout the whole process until my shower door was delivered. The delivery process was so quick and easy that it was such a pleasure receiving it. Thank you so much Sky Bathrooms for being so professional throughout the whole process.

Made two purchases at different times over the Christmas holidays and I am pleased to say they arrived together, delivery driver rang on arrival. We purchased a cabinet and two mirror's the same. Cabinet and one mirror was packaged well. The second mirror wasn't packaged as well with no installation instructions or fixings. This mirror appears to have been a return as it had marks on the rear to indicate it have previously been hung on a wall. I believe the reason for the return was an issue with the LED lighting on the magnifying mirror. Such a pity no-one from Sky Bathrooms contacted us regarding this issue. Overall experience was good.

We were going to buy this bathroom cabinet from B&Q but I thought I would check Skybathroom's website and found that it was on sale for 60% of what B&Q were charging for it. So very pleased with the price.
It was delivered very promptly but not quite as promptly as they said they would. There was a bit of confusion over the delivery but it sorted itself out OK.

Absolutely terrible customer service the worst I’ve experienced delivered the wrong item took two weeks to sort it out still waiting for a refund avoid at all costs do not deal with them there a small outfit who can’t cope with B&Q orders at all I

I am glad to say the issue I had with the delivery man that returned my ordered has been resolved by the after sales team, I got the refund and also offered £20 out of good gesture. I decided not to reorder the mirror because the price had increased from what I initially paid. However I am satisfied with the outcome.

Packing was very poor that when I lifted it, it fell out and cracked.
