I ordered a Bifold shower door Inc frame. Wrong size ordered. I contacted them via email to discuss this (email picked up by Lisa). Communications very good, small fee to pay to have the return picked up,(This was fully explained to me). Money refunded very quickly. Now reordered the correct size. Overall very impressed with the way I've been dealt with, very good customer service. Very reasonable prices, quick delivery, Would I recommend Sky Bathrooms? Yes most definitely.

Product ordering through to delivery was very simple. The screen is well made and easy to assemble. My only criticism is that the instructions and screw pack could have been clearer but I would definitely buy another from Skybathroom when upgrading my next bathroom.

I had a great experience with Sky Bathrooms. The price was excellent as it was much better than other places I looked at and the service was just as impressive. One small part was missing from my order, but they sent it out quickly with no fuss. Communication throughout was clear and responsive. Highly recommend!

The price of the product is good, as long you are able to order it to your address. Unfortunately I am living in a place where this company not send items. The order went through no problem and I paid for it thought I got a good deal, but couple days after I got an email, my order can not be delivered. So disappointed. However they return a full amount paid into my account.

Delivered completely the wrong shower door - we ordered a 1000mm door with optional 900mm glass panel for a corner installation - what was delivered was an 800mm inset door. tried to call customer services within the 10-4pm window but just goes straight through to a voicemail for "Jamie China". As this is a London area number for a company supposedly based out of Manchester, this has raised some real red flags. Emailed customer support to see what happens and may amend this rating if they resolve the issues.

Although there were problems with delivery and the product itself, these were resolved quickly by the Customer Service team.

Hassle-free delivery and good customer service. Bit annoying that shower door handle was missing but on complaining, it was promptly delivered without any issues.
