I had a great experience buying from Skybathroom. I purchased a shower door that was much better value then elsewhere. The delivery was quick but I have just dropped one star due to the fact I couldn't choose a delivery day. I was actually not home when the item arrived but luckily I received a call from the driver and he was happy to pop it over the fence into the back garden for me. Product was great quality considering the price I paid.

Bought a radiator from b and q in January when we moved. Just gone to fit the radiator/towel rail and it’s all rusty between the bars. Sent an image to show rust and now asking for image of blanking plates etc! Sorry but even if this was fitted rust should not appear a few months later.

Product quality was great but the instructions could have been clearer.

Was concerned that no tracking data was given to me after the confirmation email said so. The helpline came back to me saying they will sort. I still didn't receive any tracking data but parcel turned up on time.
The unit itself is good apart from the rubber underskirt which leaked.
However, SKYBATHROOMS communicated their desire to rectify this by offering a refund of £20 on the transaction (which is enough to purchase the new part in question)

Received in time but fitter most unhappy that the item came in bits and took him ages to fit together - which put up the charges for his work.

Took order...checked address...took money...sent confirmation...3 days later said they do not deliver to Northern Ireland...refunded...Northern Ireland as part of uk still treated as second class area...

I ordered a new shower door, the price was greatly reduced, much cheaper than other stores, and delivery was free. The door arrived on the Tuesday, after ordering on the Saturday. I was very pleased with their service.

Quality of door fixings not good. Don't expect the hinges to last long, plus assembly instructions very poor.

Arrived quicker than expected, good communication on order status via email

The price of the shower enclosure, they were helpful when I ordered the wrong item. No exchange available but able to return incorrect item for a fee and then ordered the right size shower enclosure. Refund received on wrongly ordered item.
There is a delay when communicating and never spoke to anyone when I tried calling.
I would use them again, so overall happy with Skybathroom, thanks

Fantastic service from Sky Bathrooms, I orginally ordered a shower tray and after showing it to the bathroom fitter was informed the waste system would not work. Sky Bathrooms cancelled the order and refunded payment within 48hrs. I ordered the second tray and this was delivered quickly and efficiently within 72hrs. Itvwas delvered with care. Thank you.
