Made an acc through their site and once it was all made and time to deposit they allowed me to deposit $60 but as soon as it left my bank acc they banned my account and is now asking me to provide every document about my personal life that is definitely not needed for a casino site just to get a refund they won’t even allow me to have my acc open to just wager through what I’ve deposited it’s a straight scam Of a website!

I spent about 4 weeks trying to withdraw winnings, they have asked me for every imaginable document under the sun. Complete invasion of privacy asking for proof of income sources. I have never had any other online casino need proof of income like wages and rental income. The withdrawal process has been literally insane and there’s always some further excuse eg: wanting 90 days of unfiltered transactions and then not accepting the PDF as it is “too large” what a joke.
These guys were so determined not to payout, I gave up, rinsed my winnings and took the loss. I was never going to be able to withdraw. Pretty much a scam

They run Ai in their machines now so you're little odds of winning is now down to about none. See that sometimes you get a win but thats only after you have already lost more than the winning amount just so you definitely don't leave with more than you showed up with. Its a trap my friends. If I could give it zero stars I would - same story as the others on here they are happy to take your money and let you top up and play and the moment you win and want to make a withdrawal it asks me to verify my account and then temporarily blocked me me so I can no longer verify the account I have messaged multiple times and asked online chat no results !

Withdrawing is very hard depending on how much you won. If you win 30 bucks it’s easy if you win 400 you’re sent around a rabbit hole about verification.
Just don’t give up if you win big because they eventually pay out

WARNING BEWARE DONT JOIN THIS CASINO. Ive been a member with this casino for years. i made a withdraw of $350 then they randomly asked for 3months of my bank statements to process it which i sent in then they blocked my account. I will be taking legal action.

At 1st I was skeptical about the withdrawal process because they blocked my acc to deposit and withdrawl after winning big, however I didn’t know you had to verify acc etc etc so i just sent the stuff they requested from me which I didn’t like because personal info about my work income etc so anyways I just followed what needed to be done. Was fast too after 24hrs. Was able to withdrawal my winnings but left some to keep playing. Enjoying this game game so much!! Highly recommended!!

Trying to cancel my withdrawal also needs 100s of documents to be verified before they even consider it.

Our first visit on 12/01 was great thanks to the two young security guards who were polite, helpful, and clear about what we needed to play. Because of them, we came back prepared.

The second visit on 14/01/26 around 6:15 pm was the complete opposite. The security guard on duty was rude from the moment I asked a simple question about where to get the card needed to play. Instead of answering, he refused to respond without checking my ID — even though I wasn’t asking to enter, just asking for information. His explanation made no sense, and the inconsistency became obvious when he let my husband through after only asking his age. The interaction was unprofessional and completely unnecessary.

Inside, the card desk also failed to mention that you need cash or a New Zealand card to load money. The credits we were given showed for table games but not for slots, adding to the confusion. We then had to leave the casino again to use the ATM — something that could have been avoided if our questions had been answered properly from the start.

The difference between the helpful staff on 12/01 and the behavior we experienced on 14/01/26 is unacceptable. This visit made the negative reviews make sense, and it left a very poor impression.

It was just as a normal closure not self exclusion wanted to take break for few days

And from 2 days ago wanted to open my account again and said after 24 hour cool down period u will be able to login

Today is third day still not open yet , upon chatting with representative said there is another layer on top of yur account after break that one u will be able to log in.

They making excuses each time, now chloe the representative she said on yur previous chat u mentioned u won big money and then lossing all it triggers a short review by the team to safeguard your well being

I would have given 5 stars but because I was locked out of my account until I produce a bank statement I draw the line at 4, however, that aside this is a really good casino. It was always fair to me, the platform was simple to navigate around, the games are plentiful and up to date, **Withdrawals are exceptionally quick** from my experience, if you deposited using a visa debit card the funds were in your bank account within an hour or two. Customer service is fast and you deal with real people who are polite, cheerful and very helpful. An overall fantastic 'kiwi nourished' gaming experience!

I think that most of the 1 star reviews are those people that put money into any website willy nilly without taking the time to verify your account first.. I just literally deposited $50, hit big and had no issues withdrawing as I had taken the time to verify my account. It's already in my account :) I'm real and not a bot btw (that's what a bot would say)
