Sky Plastics Avis 

Scam company. I made a order 5 weeks ago. I still haven't received it. i phoned numerous times but no answer. I've wrote an e-mail and received no reply. My next step is to ask for money back from credit card company.

Ordered materials over 2 weeks ago and never received goods. Every time they were contacted excuses were they are waiting on stock. Would have been better if they had mentioned they were out of stock when it was ordered. I'm now hoping I will get my money refunded and they're not out of stock.

Ordered multiple items most came but 1 item never arrived never said it weren't coming. So I emailed and asked where it was they said no stock and it will come out in couple of weeks if I could wait so i said yeah I can wait, eventually it came opened the box and its broke so emailed them again saying its broke and was told no stock again so I asked for refund as its been over a month at this point. And im still waiting for the refund. DO NOT USE PAY ABIT MORE AND GO ELSEWHERE!!!

I purchased a non-woven geotextile membrane based on the website images and description, but the product supplied was much thinner and did not resemble the felt-like membrane being advertised. It was significantly different in appearance and quality from what I expected based on the listing.

After raising the issue, Sky Plastics agreed to accept the return and stated that they would arrange collection of the goods. However, despite repeated emails and phone calls, no collection has been arranged.

Since March, I have been waiting for them to collect the products and issue my refund. The goods are still in my possession and the matter remains unresolved. Very disappointing customer service

Ordered soakaway crates for a current project.
Sky Plastics have been fantastic, Ryan replying to all of my messages promptly. We have arrange collection as we place the order last minute.
Definitely we will order again for future projects.

The company accepted my order and took payment for water pipe, when it didn't have any pipe in stock. When the order was then cancelled, the company didn't refund the payment for more than two calendar weeks. My chaser email after 10 business days was not responded to. Had to call the company to insist they returned the money; they said they would do "over the next couple of days".

Great company. Good products, reasonable prices, great customer service. Small issue quickly rectified without a fuss.

Having ordered multiple items online I waited for some type of order delivery date. After around a week nothing. Phoned to be informed they did not have the items I ordered in the correct colours. I therefore cancelled 3 items from the order and agreed the other items could be delivered in different colours. When the order arrived the 3 cancelled items were included in the deliver. I asked for a return to be met with “can you not sell them on and you cannot have a return. Took about 2 months to get a refund from my credit card.
Not a good returns policy.
The items were of good quality but would not order from this company again.

One of the best suppliers I’ve worked with in over 20 years — always very helpful and responsive. We experienced some issues with the delivery company, but it was not their fault. They did everything they could to help and eventually resolved the situation successfully.

They will definitely remain on my top supplier list going forward.

Ryan in Sales made the whole process of ordering to delivery very easy. He had been helpful at every stage of the process

Dealing with Molly has been absolutely fantastic. Molly is extremely helpful, friendly and very knowledgable. Without Molly's help we would not have been able to make the correct purchases.

It was reassuring to place an order with a company that delivers the goods, and do what they say! My experience with Sky Plastics has been 5* and I will most certainly return to them for further orders. Great pricing, and Martine in sales has been most professional and helpful.

Last edit: I got contacted, they apologised for my experience and told me they'll look into the phone line issue and the backorder email not sent. I finally got my money back after 3 weeks.I'm still sour about this whole thing as when I ordered somewhere else I got the goods in 3 days. With the stress and delay I'll have to keep my star ratings. But having my money back and an apology they're at least a genuine company who had some issues that need fixing and they said they're working on it.

I don't know how to reply so here it is:
I never got an email saying my order had backorder. I had to phone after a week, 9 times throughout the day, I'm stubborn, I got someone on the phone. I only then got told about the backorder, and was told I'd have a call back on a Friday which I never got. So I called again after 2 weeks of ordering with no concrete update. Still had to call 7 times until I got someone ! Install/Setup a queue system on your line ! When I finally said I want to cancel and been told yes and I would get an email to confirm. I did not get a confirmation email. At this stage having had no reply to any of my email, massively struggling to get you on the phone, I have no confidence in your company to process my refund and I'm afraid for my 250£ order.
I have checked my spam folder, nothing from sky plastic.
I will update my review once I get my money back, I'm ok to remove the word scam. But all my complaints are valid. Get an admin person, or replace with someone who can find the will to type an email. Sort your phone line so people can reach you. In absense of that, you're leaving us in the dark and we can only assume the worst when we've never worked with you.

They don't seem to have a queue/wait system on their line. They don't reply to emails. I've been told I'll get a refund on the phone but that I would get an email confirmation, which I did not receive.
I do not understand how they're still operating given how they don't communicate.

Still waiting for a refund two months on this company needs reporting or shutting down it’s a disgrace we are having to go to our bank to try and get our money back

The guys at Sky Plastics were easy to deal with, delivered on time and at a good price so no complaints here and would definitely recommend. Ryan was very helpful with the delivery arrangement and follow up so all in all a great service.

Ryan was excellent at explaining and sorting the non-delivery to Northern Ireland, although this is very frustrating, I understand why companies are reluctant to deliver here due to ridiculous red tape and customs. He was extremely responsive and went above and beyond aiding my collection and delivery via UPS. I am a development manager for FP McCann who are the UK’s biggest producer of precast concrete and we also build a decent number of houses in Northern Ireland and have significant operations in GB. As a result of Ryan’s helpful, organised and responsive approach I will be recommending your company to my colleagues and builders in UK and Ireland. Thanks again for all.
