Never received my order! Tried to call, left message. No call back, no refund. Will not order again!

Never received my order for over 125.00. Unable to contact anyone.

I ordered cbd vapes. They were all leaking and a couple were totally empty. I tried contacting you but got no reply. I will never buy from you again. Also, I just recieved this email, my order was several months ago making me call my bank to see if you took more money, as your email stated, "recently". Very poor products and service.

I ordered the 2000 mg roll on CBD at the end of August, 2026. A week later I received a bottle with an expiry date of 10/2025. Mailing me a $45 bottle with a $15 S/H fee that’s eleven months expired is not a positive customer experience. The lotion product I purchased at Grocery Outlet for $20 has worked perfectly and been life changing. No more online shopping.

I never received my order, nor was I given a refund.

This was the second and final time I had a problem with this company. I placed order #19701 on December 15, 2025, and received a shipping confirmation, but I was never provided with a tracking number. As of January 3, 2026, the order had still not been delivered. The shipment status only showed "Waiting for information," suggesting the package was never handed over to the carrier.

I contacted the company multiple times through their website and by email but received no response. Their shipping policy states that all shipped orders include tracking information, yet I never received any.

After this experience, I decided to stop buying from this company. I hope they improve their customer service, communication, and order fulfillment.

When I received my vape pen all of the oil had leaked out. I tried numerous times to contact you to no avail. I just wanted it replaced and I got no response from anyone. I,sadly to say will not order from you again. Its been a year ago that I tried contacting you. Why are you now asking for a review?

Where is my order? I ordered back in January, why didn’t you respond to any three of my emails. Why isn’t there a phone number that’s in working order that you can call anybody. If you’re interested call me.

Just to pile one more on. I wish I read the reviews before I purchased. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE. THIS PLACE IS A SCAM. Placed an order forced to pay for express shipping, weeks later and still no order. Phone disconnected 4 emails no response. I put fraud charges with my bank. Stay away from this place.

don’t waste your money or your time and aggravation. They will take your money but they will not send you the product. I’ve used this company many times was always very pleased with the product. Very sad to see that I won’t be able to order from them anymore.bank is investigating them for fraud

My husband Placed an order on December 15 2025 still have not received & todays date is January 8 2026 notified the credit card company still have not heard anything
