These guys take your credit card booking then tell you they have only actually got part of it available and you will need to wait 20 days for the confirmation of the other leg of your journey Wouldn’t use them under any circumstances

Was told flight i Had paid for was over booked and would off been put on standby hoping a cancellation could get me a seat. When I asked for alternative flight nearest to my original dates that was simlar price. I was amazed I got a refund on my purchase price of £89. O0. So couldn't believe it what a gift. I would always now give this company first option on booking a flight because of this kind gesture.

This is the first time I used SkyWizard. I am really impressed by their staffs. Very professional, friendly and helpful. Received my e-ticket and invoice in no time. I will definitely use them again and I will recommend them to my friends.

So i went on this website and booked a flight with Cathay Pacific . When it came to paying the payment screen froze . I didnt receive an email confirmation straight away. So i went back onto the website couldn't find the same flight so booked another flight with Qatar Airways . This time the payment went straight through so hapoy days . No i received an email confirmation for both flights at the sametime to me email address. So i phoned up Skywizard immediately to inforn them . That i had ended up with two bookings . They said there was nothing they could do . As all staff had gone home . Nothing would have bern confirmed with the airlines at this time .
They said to call back the next morning . Upon doung so i was told i would receive a call back . When i received the call back , i was told it was completely my fault . I would be charged £250 to cancel a £479 flight that is 6 weeks away . Im now awaiting a manager call back will update when i receive it .
As far as i can see this company already has lots of reviews calling them scammers . Now i see why , as this was a mistake which arose from their payment screen freezing . Anyone should have seen the double booking and checked with me.
They havn't done anything to help me out after speaking with a manager .

This company took my money after their payment screen froze . When i made another reservation i received both confirmation emails . I contacted them straight away on the 11/10/2025 . To have one cancelked as it was due to their online payment screen freezing that i made a 2nd reservation . At this time they had not purchased the E-tickets . Could have given me a full refund for 1 ticket . Instead they waited till the 12/10/2025 . Still.purched the E-tickets i have the photos to prove this . So just wanted to con me out of £300 then resell the ticket again . This is shown by them only buying/reserving the flights a day after i asked for a refund on one due to their mistake

Trying Blackmail.. I recently posted about this company see below.. Now it is 13.44 hrs on 30-09-2025 and they just called me. I messaged them asking for my refund and their response was in the call if i remove my previous post they would do it,, if i dont then I have to wait.
People STAY AWAY.. Totally unethical company
booked the reservaton with Sebi he very helpfull polite and given me the best flight and cheap fare , surely will book with sebi again

Don't consider ever booking with this company.They deleted dates which were discussed.They made an itinerary up with the wrong return date got me to confirm under pressure.Because the ticket conditions stated unchangeable and unrefundable they told me it would cost more money to rectify this.They then told me cancelation would cost £500.Presured me again telling me they would use evidence that I had confirmed to block any charge back.The very fact they had deleted dates that had been mentioned at the beginning of the discussion could be considered as fraudulent misrepresentation.I'm.pleased to have recovered my funds through a bank charge back.

I booked my flight to Australia for my sons wedding through Sky Wizard and paid £1500 for return flights to Brisbane on 10th of August. 2 days after I booked I was contacted by Sebi regarding my flight to be told the leg from Doha to Brisbane had been over subscribed and I was on a waiting list for this leg of the flight.
I asked for my money back as I had internal flights booked and needed to get there for my sones wedding, I was told they couldn't do this as they wasn't cancelling my flight and the alternative was another flight on a different day from London for an extra £374 as the flight prices had gone up. I told them I couldn't go to London and wanted my money back but again was told they weren't cancelling it and I could wait until 24 hours before the flight to see if I was on the flight and if I wasn't then they would refund my money.
This was no good as I needed to get to Australia for the wedding and had internal flights when I got there to sort. I contacted the bank who couldn't do anything as the payment was pending so after numerous phone calls I ended up having to pay and extra £594 to fly on an alternative flight the same say but earlier which mean I had to stay over too at the airport as I don't drive
So the flight ended up costing £2094 for a Qatar flight which was more than my mum paid to go the same day on Emirates (which I had originally said I couldn't afford but due to this company I ended up paying up more)
I was heartbroken before travelling to such a special occasion and wouldn't have been held hostage by them if I had just been having a holiday, I found them passive aggressive and even typing this makes me upset on how I was treated
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
Update- Sky Wizard I was no offended a refund at all at any stage and was told I couldn’t have one until after the flight had gone which was no good as I had specific dates I gad to fly n

Not clear that the seats we were booking and paying for would be on standby which was frustrating...we could not risk waiting till a couple of days before travel to find out if we had a seat or not! Sent email confirming this and got a prompt reply from Ricky...he rang very soon after the email and was helpful and sorted confirmed tickets even though it cost us more money... But we were thankful Ricky helped as much as he could and confirmed our seats for our journey

Sebi is excellent agent very helpful and made my whole booking experience smooth and prefect make sure I understood all the information properly and did not use any selling tactics or put me through any kind of pressure.
I will definitely recommend anyone who wishes to use your company for travel arrangements.

Be careful booking flights online with SkyWizard. Purchased flights online - only to be told next day that, I would have to pay exceptionally more as they did not have all the flights that I originally booked. I had an option of going on stand by for a couple of months or pay £400 more. To top it off, my only option was to cancel which cost me a fee of £180.00. Feel like I've been mis sold + scammed.
