Great wedding shoes at competitive price. Very quick delivery. Only problem was with the online payment through PayPal.

From what started as a really positive…
From what started as a really positive experience on buying our sons wedding suits the customer service which followed this was poor. I had to chase whether 3 pairs of shoes had been ordered which, when i got through on the phone eventually, they had not been ordered. Ended up ordering these online myself.

Great shirt, bad delivery
The shirt I got was great. However, using DPD for delivery in 2026 is absurd. They were terrible at finding my address, and couldn't seem to grasp the concept of putting a letterbox sized item through my letterbox.

Went into the shop in basingstoke for a wedding tie .. the member of staff even looked in the back storage for the tie ive bought .. checked but sold out in store .. advised me to buy online on their website ..delivered very quickly .. very please would recomend highly .. staff are very knowelgable and helpful .

Cheap but cheap for a reason
Cheap but cheap for a reason. The quality of my suit is really poor. I also separately bought a shirt from them, which was also poor quality. It is like a Primark shirt in quality, just very expensive.
