Having had heads-up on offer from Travelodge contacted Sleepeezee direct and was immediately offered 15% by them
I mentioned the Travelodge discount and informed to enter their Cade at the checkout
Tremendously happy with final cost which covered installation and small fee to remove old mattress
Even more surprised to be offered delivery the following week
This arrived on time and the swap over took less than TEN minutes and Abu plus assistant left after code given for completion
I’m amazed at the depth of the mattress which is perfect sized to bed frame but now requires complete replacement of bedding which was well overdue anyway
Can’t stop telling friends about excellent service and all the other things that made the event totally stress / pain free

We were in need of a new bed, and had put of the replacement because a two minute stretch out in a showroom does not give much indication. However, we had had many comfy nights in various Travelodges and so knew that your Travelodge matress would suit us perfectly. We have not been disappointed. And taking away the old bed was great.

Really pleased with the dog bed from Sleepeezee! We bought the mattress version specifically for use in the car, and it’s been absolutely perfect. It fits the boot well, stays in place, and gives our dog a super comfy, secure spot during journeys. The memory foam offers great support in his old age, and the cover is soft but tough which is ideal for travel. It’s also easy to clean, which is a big plus after muddy walks. Ordering was straightforward, delivery was quick, and everything arrived as expected. Top marks for both the product and customer service. Would definitely recommend!

Fantastic mattress, ridiculously comfortable and outstanding service. The Centurial 03 is incredible - the perfect balance of not too firm but not too soft. The delivery team were so friendly and made the whole thing really easy.

The travelodge dreamer mattress we got from Sleepeezee does not feel like the one in actual travelodge hotel rooms. Not sure if its because of their divan bases or whatever but I am definitely underwhelmed by the mattress and I had ordered it with full enthusiasm.

Sleepeeze could do better in terms of informing customers of how to care for mattresses but their sales team wasn't of much help. My old mattress which was a third of the price of this mattress is still more comfortable after going strong for 5 years.

Good communication including from the delivery people, we made this order because we have had one before and know how good they are and what good value.

I bought my mattress following an excellent night's sleep at Travelodge and I'm so pleased with it. It arrived on time by two friendly couriers who unpackaged it and put it on my bed frame. I also got it in the sale, so win win. Thank youn

Only issue was delivery was specified for second floor but mattress was left on ground floor.

Whilst the product is good the postal carrier has been poor on both of our orders.
We would probably go to other firms in the future because of this.

Great product, looks really smart, loved by our dogs!

AWFUL. purchased the travelodge dreamer within the last year and it’s now dipped causing terrible hip and back pain. Its visible when looking at the mattress and sleepeeze claim it’s “normal settlement”…it’s not normal to have to take painkillers prior to going to bed and now have to sleep on the sofa.
About to go through the hassle of having someone come and inspect it, customer service was terrible and just kept speaking over me. I will never purchase a mattress from this company again.

Mattress is comfortable and delivery was excellent

Good products and delivery was smooth - mattresses were taken to the room and installed onto the bed, waste was removed. Old mattress also taken away.

I recently bought a Sleepeezzee mattress through Dreams Watford. Mattress is excelkent.

Their customer service rep called Janice was the most hepful rep ever. Couteous, kind , helpful, I would recommend Sleeleezzee to anyone.
