Sleepeezee Beds Avis 

I brought a Dreamer mattress a couple of years ago. Unfortunately similar to the other reviews I have had issues with it dipping in the middle. The mattress has dipped by 6.5cm in the middle compared to the edges. I sent photos to the customer service team, Anna and Aaron were very helpful and I was offered a replacement or refund. I am pleased for once that a company honored it's guarantee. So while it seems in some cases there have been manufacturing defects, my experience of the customer service has been a good one, which to me outweighs the issues I've had and is worth a positive review.

I recently bought two single mattresses online. They didn’t feel comfortable.I was informed that I couldn’t return them as I had slept on them. I’ve slept on a different sleepeezee mattress and it was very comfortable.

The return process should be clear on the website and at the time of delivery for online customers. All online mattress should have a trial period or a trial during delivery, so they can be returned immediately.

Must have mattress! Incredible comfort. Great value for the price and very prompt delivery . I have 4 of sleep easy mattresses and very happy with them.

We bought a Sleepeezee mattress 1 year ago, it was a high quality wool one, at first we were happy and have always cared for the product but after a year it has started to sag massively. We contacted Sleepeezee through the company we bought it from and they have refused to uphold the warranty as our slats on the hed are 4mm to wide. This may I add is only recommended in the T&C's. Extremely disappointing leaving us massively out of pocket. We will be purchasing a new mattress but never again from Sleepeezee.

Easy to deal with and a quality product

The mattress has quickly become uncomfortable to sleep on because it has subsided in the places we sleep leaving a bump in the middle even though we have turned it round and over fortnightly. We have only had it since the start of June. My experience of the Travelodge Mattresses in the actual Travelodge is that it is not the same quality!

King sized mattress suits me well and my partner who has back problems sleeps much better. Our only criticism is sizing … it’s slightly longer and slightly less wide than our king sized bed. Its depth is also a couple of inches less than our original traditional non hybrid king sized mattress. Overall it’s really comfortable and is a good compromise on memory foam v traditional.

Excellent king size mattress, firm.
No backache ,no issues sleeping.
Very strong mattress.
I recommend this type of mattress ,if anyone has problems with backache.

From day one I was kept informed of delivery
And they delivered on time and took my old mattress away
After using mattress a few nights I developed aches and pains in my shoulders and legs
I've bought a 5 " mattress topper that seemed to of sorted it
I stay in a lot in travel lodges hotels I loved the mattress so when the option came up to buy one
I snapped it up. definitely not a travel lodge mattress.should of kept my old one

Mattress is great. Really comfortable, firm - which supports my dodgy back, but enough padding to make it soft on top. Best sleep I’ve had for a while, no back ache when I get up either!

Outstanding bed - We chose the ottoman lift base and it is the best quality that we have seen and we have visited several high street stores. We only saw one bed base of this quality/standard and it was a few hundred pounds more expensive. We chose a 1400 hotel mattress and it is superb. Great support and very comfortable. The bed is quite high (that adds to the look in my opinion). The storage compartment is unbelievably huge. 2 sections that have clips to put together, providing a secure structure. Very pleased with our purchase. We are considering purchasing a second bed.

I bought this dog bed because of my ageing dogs arthritis and the need for something more comfortable. It was described as ‘granulated memory foam’ and the reviews looked good. When it arrived, we had to take some of the stuffing out so my dog could sleep on it. It was literally bursting.

I was incredibly disappointed to find that the bed was stuffed with what appears to be the floor sweepings of standard mattress foam. Big chunks, offcuts and very uncomfortable. Not granulated memory foam at all as the website stated.

Not even close to memory foam. Not even in the same postcode.

I’ve given customer services an opportunity to rectify this, but have been fobbed off with their insistence that the item is as described on their website. They will not accept that they are mis-selling this product by calling chunks of floor sweepings ‘granulated memory foam’. No doubt they think they can take their customers for mugs and get rid of their rubbish by passing it off as memory foam.

I expected more from a reputable company and are very disappointed with their customer service.

Save your money and buy a dog bed somewhere else. I will never buy a product from this company again.

Update: 6th July 2025

After leaving this review, the company has issued a refund for the bed. I did give them an opportunity to do so initially, but they declined.

I do not accept their claims about the bed being made from mainly memory foam, as it appeared to be filled with standard mattress foam. The company needs to amend the description of this product on the website to avoid misleading customers.

This mattress has great support and comfort.
