Ich habe nun in diesen Casino über ein Monat gespielt. Anfang war das Casino echt top, doch dann began ich zu verlieren. Durch soviel einzahlungen habe ich einen VIP Manager bekommen (Herr Ethan)! Denn konnte ich per Whatsapp erreichen. Als ich immer mehr und mehr verloren habe, bat ich den Ethan um ein Bonus. Darauf wurde ich von Ethan in WhatApp sofort blockiert !!! Auf Email reagierte er meist erst nach 2-3 Tagen, als ich sagte das es so nicht weiter geht und ich die Schliessung haben möchte, bekam ich dann täglich eine Mail von Ethan. Die letzt war, dass ich bitte noch ein, zwei Einzalungen tätigen soll und das ich dann von Ihm ein Tolles Angebot bekommen würde, wenn ich auch aus dieser Einzahlung keinen Erfolg hatte. Als ich das gemacht habe und Ihm nach dem Bonus fragte, hat er mir per Mail zurückgeschrieben:

How are they/why do they need this? Should be a reverse bank transaction! And what about people like myself who doesn't have photo id, etc?

I was so very disappointed
I was quite disappointed. We were given the opportunity to leave a review by this casino for 50 free spins. I left a very good review and my experience had been top notch until this time. Once I took the screenshot and sent my review to the slot lounge team I was informed of an extra rule that was a conditon of recieving the bonus spins. The casino said I would only receive the bonus if I give a 5 star review. I had given a 4 star review and stellar feedback. However, I didn't realise that this casino would only give the bonus bribing their customers. I believe this casino didn't need to do that as I had a great experience until then. There was nothing in the Terms & Conditions & nobody could show me where it said only 5 star reviews recieve the bonus and yet I was told bad luck.Be careful this casino is sneaky and I am so so so so dissapointed with this experience. One of my favourite platforms broke the trust and betrayed one of their loyal customers and out of principle I had to share my experience.
