Great product, quickly delivered

I ordered 2 spare pillowcases for the Slumbar knee pillow that I bought recently. I'm pleased to say that the products arrived by Royal Mail 3 days after my order was placed on the Slumbar.co.uk website. I'm very pleased with the quality of the products. However, some tracking information would have been additionally helpful

Pillows are great quality but to firm for me which I'm gutted about as I really wanted them to work. The knee pillow is fantastic though

Products are well made and I have found them useful for achieving a good night’s sleep. The only niggle is with delivery, very slow and needed an extra email. Still haven’t received the ebook. Perhaps better to order their products from Amazon!

Quick and efficient delivery

I was disappointed by the pillows being rather hard. You could perhaps offer a soft/medium/firm choice of pillow (if you do, I didn't notice it). I liked the shape which is why I bought the pillows, but in practice found it more like a large firm brick in bed than like a pillow. We had very comfortable memory foam pillows of the same shape that finally became too soft after more than 10 years of use so I was hoping to replace them, sadly yours are not right.

Having trouble finding out how to return the pillow for a free refund as it is not suitable for me. I can not see a return portal anywhere online and there has been no reply to my emails sent. Please help...

It is lovely - it helps the only thing I would recommend is a change of cover or another version. It’s heavily used therefore a more hard wearing cover that doesn’t bubble would be something I would buy

Excellent product for knee problems for a good nights sleep

My pillow arrived very quickly and was packaged safely. Since receiving the pillow I have been contacted by the manufacturer several times with advice on use and tips for bad backs etc. The leg pillow is really well made and is very comfortable. It is early days but is definitely helping to relieve some of the pressure on my bulging disc by aligning my spine during the night.

My osteopath recommended using a knee pillow and after some research I decided to buy the Slumbar one. Easy to use and comfortable and my back problem appears to have eased a bit. Will continue to use.

It helped to contour my body easing my back pain, hip and knees.

I bought the slumber knee support pillow to ease lower back pain. The item arrived very quickly, is of excellent quality and provides the correct support by aligning my hips, therefore no pulling on lower back in unnatural position. I’m a side sleeper and this works really well
