Excellent from the start to Finnish,nothing was too much trouble.Would recommend.

Last year they took my premium although I had told them I didn't want to renew. It was subsequently refunded. They have just claimed a further payment from my credit card without any notification. Very difficult to contact.

Officer was very good and helpful, he did understand what I like and what I don't like. Manners was excellent as well. Overall it was better experience than others.

Spoke to Bill at Smart-Sure today to explain we had mistakenly taken out a policy for which we already had cover. Bill was extremely understanding and kindly arranged for the policy to be cancelled and the direct debit refunded. We also initially spoke to another member of staff who was very courteous and understanding and arranged for Bill to telephone us to sort out the problem within 24 hours.
